This shoe slipped in my heel and although it did not feel narrow it did feel tight in the somewhat pointy toe. It feels like it has the potential to be comfortable if the size is right. I like it enough that I am going to try a 1/2 size smaller and a wide instead of a medium width. I have never worn a wide so I have no idea if that will solve the problem.

Very pretty shoe but I wear a size 9 in all other shoes and I had trouble getting my foot in these. Will try a larger size. I'm curious as to whether this is the norm for Cole Haan shoes.

I love the look of these shoes. The size 6 which I ordered in both the Sugar Maple and Black were perfect except for one very important thing. Each step I took, my heel came out of the shoe. I had read that others had the same problem, but so much wanted to believe it wouldn't happen to me. Well, it did. I could not even walk across the room while trying them on, without it becoming actually dangerous. Especially at my age, I can't take the chance of a fall. Buy at your own risk in this area. I had to send both of mine back. Thanks to Zappos for your amazing service and return policies.

I have these shoes in the regular pump in patent. But these low pump in regular leather did not work out. I could cry! These shoes were fine at home. But after wearing them about an hour driving and then walking from the parking lot to the conference center the left one got loose and started to flop off. I couldn't wear them at all and had to go back to the car to change my shoes. I'm devastated: $250 down the drain.

Admittedly, I have only owned Cole Haan loafers before. They were as comfy as a pair of favorite slippers. The Chelsea Low Pumps are so beautiful and I was excited to try them on. Unfortunately, I felt like Cinderella's stepsister in them. The fit was so tight, I was bewildered and checked to make sure I received the right size. I normally wear a size 8, but I don't think even an 8.5 would do it. The toe box was way too narrow. I wonder if a size 9C would have worked but the color I wanted didn't come in that size. Actually, I noticed a lot of size C's were unavailable,undoubtedly due to the sizing being way off on this shoe.

Poor quality, especially at this price! First: I slipped out of the shoe with every step I took; this shouldn't be happening at this price and for this supposed quality. Second: The heel caps are made of extremely poor-quality plastic, slipped all over the place on everyday smooth surfaces like hardwood floors and unwaxed linoleum. (And I don't typically have any trouble walking in heels at all.) Beware: these are a sprained ankle waiting to happen.

I bought this because people were giving good reviews. Finally got a chance to wear to church last Sunday for the first time but it really hurts my feet and it comes off every time i walked. For me it is not a comfortable shoe at all. I wished i can still return it. I truly regret buying it.

The size 9 was too big and the 8.5, Meh! What's up with Cole Haan sizing? These shoes felt great the first day I wore them. The second day is another story. I thought that for the price and brand name they would be a much better fit. They are horrible! Do not buy these!

I bought these shoes and tried them on and thought they were fine, and when I wore them they were so wide and big I could not keep them on. I really regret getting them, and I have worn them, so I will try to give them away. I don't think I got them at Zappos. My comment is only about the shoes.

This is just such an uncomfortable shoes. It's so stiff I can't even imagine working 1 block in these. Such a disappointment for how it's priced but the quality and comfortable. I brought these as my comfort shoes but it's the exact opposite.
