Finally! A pair of shoes that fit my baby’s chubby Flintstone feet. The XW slid on like butter, and are his official 1st hard sole shoes.

I got these for my great-nephew's first birthday. He has just begun to walk, and when he saw the shoes, he reached for them eagerly. They were fairly easy to put on him, despite his wiggling and squirming. The minute they were on his feet, he wanted to be put down -- and he began toddling around in them just fine. Someone in the family commented on how well he was walking in them. They're a hit!

Best shoes for new walkers. Width is nice for chubby feet. They slide on easily. I wish they came in bigger sizes as my son outgrew the biggest size.

These shoes are great. They are light and flexible and give our little guy enough width to get his chubby feet in comfortably. He immediately liked them when we put them on.

This is the second pair of this shoe I have purchased for my grandson (he out grew the first pair). He walks great in them and they never fall off! He doesn't complain or try to take them off so I assume they feel good on his feet. I also purchased two pair for my granddaughter for Christmas and these are the only walker shoes that have stayed on her feet while playing/crawling as she is just beginning to walk (we tried first in her cousin's too small pair to see if they would stay on and hooray they did!) so I bought two different colors for her. I also love that they can be thrown in the washer and dryer so they always look great! I highly recommend them.

So cute on my grandson. Soft and flexible for his extra wide chubby baby foot and didn't leave any pinch marks on his feet like others we tried. Great pair of first walking shoes. Easy to put on. Tried several different styles of Stride Rite Soft Motion and these were the best fit. Bought a second pair of another color.

These are great first shoes for my son who is walking. He has narrow feet so they were wide for him, just like pretty much every toddler shoe we have tried. They are very flexible and have great support for new walkers

Adorable shoes. If your child has chunky wide feet these work great as the velcro will fit over the top. Unfortunately these were too short and there is no 5.5xw is this color

I bought these for my 15 mo old, so that he had adequate protection for his feet coming into the fall/winter season. He LOVED them!! The quality is great, super flexible and easy to put on. I unfortunately ordered a size too small but got the correct size and he's been rockin' them since!

My 15 month old loves these shoes. They are super flexible and soft but strong a the same time. He wears them in the sandbox and despite the color, they still look new.

This style of Stride Rite shoes was the first pair of shoes my little guy wore--back when he was just taking his first steps! Three pair later and over a year later, we have reached the largest size in this style. Sigh. My little boy loves his "shoesies" and I foresee a bit of an uphill battle getting him to accept a new pair--in other wires, these shoes are real winners!!

I bought these in 2 different sizes because we liked them so much for my sons first shoe. He has big feet and these were his first pair of shoes he learned to walk in. It took several pairs to find a pair that would fit his high instep and wide foot, and not leave marks. We loved these and they looked so cute with all this clothes. I just wish stride rite had the early walker in bigger sizes for those kids with big feet.

We received these shoes to give an honest review, and we love them!! Our son has been really taking confident steps in them, the fit is great and they are so easy to put on. Definitely take advantage of stride rite's fit guide. They look super sharp, and stay surprisingly clean despite the color.

I love these shoes! They are wide enough to fit my toddlers chubby feet, and they look and feel comfortable. We got these shoes right when my son was just learning to walk and they were the first pair of shoes he would keep on. He absolutely loves these shoes.
