I was so surprised at how small these boots run! I wear a 6.5 and ordered the UK 35-38 thinking that would be spot on. Zappos explains the sizing for women's feet with this MEDIUM fitting a 4-7.5 foot size. This is not accurate! Inside the boot, on the tag, it states US 3, 5/6. Zappos might want to change the sizing on their description. I don't even see an option to replace them with the next size up. LARGE, I presume..... which would be the 39-41. Help!? thank you Otherwise, I love the boot and color! Style is awesome..... they fit my niece though who wears a size 4!

Just got these snow boots and walked around in my house with them, they seem comfy, very tiny so I ordered the next range up. The bottom of my feet were comfy, but could tell they are not for long walks on hard surfaces, but would work great in the snow. Looking forward to a NYC blizzard now so I can look cute in my new moon boot glance, yay!

I had to call up to switch my right size because the 8 was way to big an zappos I will b order from u again

I buy 39-41 size an when I receive it was to big,so I was thinking should I keep it or I have to reorder so I trying it on an yes it had space to much so I call zappos thinking I have to reorder an pay an send back there shoes,costume services was very nice when I explain myself on the boots,an I got an exchange I want down an I just have to return back the first order .. Happy I get my size down lil close but it can work (recommend) mad warm but if your feet small as me don't go up size 4 will work

I love these! Much lighter than I expected, they are so much fun and so cute on! Overall, good quality and fun to wear. I wouldn't expect them to be great in the snow, more of a fashion boot IMO, but we'll see!

First I love these boots and while I don’t live in heavy snow area they are perfect for rain and cold weather! They are much chunkier than Ugg but thats what makes so cute. I wear a true 7.5 and had to return the bigger size since they’re sizing is grouped. My advice is to look at the size cut offs and if you’re closer to the size down than go down cuz even at smallest size I have enough wiggle room and they might seem tight at first but will quickly form to your foot!

The moon boot you send me is used and dirty

Never received the package the carrier left it in the mail room which is not part of the instructions too lazy to bring it to my door when I’m clearly on the outside of the building and it’s Christmas week smh

They sent me the wrong pair of pants. Same brand, obviously not the style I ordered.
