Bought this because it was on sale. Needed a light rain jacket for hiking in Spain. This worked great for when I got soaked in the mountains. Good pockets. Did soak through. Better in light rain.

This is a very lite weight rain jacket and it keeps you nice and dry. Went camping in Florida during the rainy season and this jacket alone with the water proof pants and boots (all Columbia's gear) kept me dry all day long. All my gear dried very quickly and believe it or not this gear actually breath so you stay nice cool underneath. Columbia makes some outstanding outdoors clothes for active people and their products are very durable. Highly recommended all their clothes.

This is a great light weight rain shell. Had one for a couple years now and still going strong. Ordered another specifically for mountain biking in the wet weather. The ONLY thing I can think of that is not positive about this jacket is it could use a couple zippered vents under the arms. That's all

I live in Tampa, FL where it is hot, humid and rains every day in the summer. Other jackets I own are too heavy and make me sweat as soon as I put them on. But not my Glennaker Lake jacket. It folds up small and hardly takes up any space in my backpack, but keeps me dry. I love the hood, the zipper pockets and velcro wrists. I have worn it at least a dozen times already and would buy it again. In fact I probably will buy another in a different color just to changes things up a bit.

I bought this jacket for my nephew for school since he will be walking to and from school and wanted something waterproof. Also he was the last one in the family to own a Columbia jacket. We believe in the quality of your products.

I hike a lot and didn't have a great lightweight rain jacket. This jacket has been more than I thought I was getting. I got caught in a pretty good downpour, but the jacket did everything it was supposed to do and it kept me a good bit warm.

The rain jacket is well made, fits properly, available in several different color combinations, and functions well in inclement weather. I highly recommend this product as it has no negative features and is an excellent buy as well.

The hood is very nice. The pockets are fabric lined, unlike other styles made of mesh, so rain can't get in that way, either. The other features such as the waterproof fabric, stow-away hood, zippered hand pockets, adjustable sleeve cuffs, drawcord adjustable hem, and the packable into the chest pocket. This is an excellent jacket for purchase.

Columbia products have always proven there durability, agility, and comfort for me rather when I'm out in the field or lounging around the house. Always a great product.

Just ordered this for a new job where I spend a lot of time outdoors. It's a perfect light jacket or shell to use in bad weather. It has been especially useful this wet and cold spring.

I purchased this jacket for a trip to Washington D.C. with an 8th grade class. This jacket is very light and comfortable while providing protection from the rain. I like the fact that this jacket is very compact when you have to stow it away in a backpack or pocket.

This is a lightweight rain jacket that runs big so make sure to read the size chart. I am traditionally an XL but after reading the size chart and reviews, I ordered the Large and it fits perfectly. Will be worn mostly on dog walks and pressure washing around the house. I would recommend.

This jacket is just right! Very light weight, perfect for those rainy spring/summer days. Love the roll up and hide hood. Pockets are very deep. The workmanship and quality is great. Ordered the Navy for my husband and he is very pleased. I highly recommend this product!

This jacket is perfect for warmer spring days (>65 degrees) and future summer rainy days for running. I bought this Glennaker Rain Jacket along with the Oroville Creek Jacket. The obvious difference is that the Glennaker doesn't have a liner while the Oroville Creek Jacket does.. I am very comfortable wearing this jacket. I have used it for running trails here in Michigan. The weather here can change almost instantaneously. It's definitely waterproof and breathable. I have told my dog now that I have this jacket, there is no excuse not go running when it's raining outside. It's a great buy. Buy both jackets like I did.

This is a lightweight unlined rain jacket that runs true to size and fits great in the body and sleeve length - I am 5'9 1/2 180 lbs and the large was right on. Haven't had it in much rain but it shed a light drizzle well and served as a windbreaker as well. Highly recommended especially at this sale price!

Haven't had it out in the rain yet, maybe this weekend since we're forcasted for a bunch of rain. I like the looks as well as the fit. It appears to be a sturdy rain jacket, light but functional.
