Rich Wine color has yellow hue which resulted the color looks rusty. The color of the jacket I received does not match the photo on the web site. Returned. I do not have problem with the stlye and quality of the product

It's an OK jacket for a chilly day in NORCAL. However I was slightly disappointed in the color -- looks like a washed out black or charcoal.

I love these fleece jackets. For myself I have about 10 and brought one for each member of my family & for some, I've brought as many as 3. But my last order of 2 in Rich Wine, which were gifts, I was disappointed to find that the logo was a label sewn on instead of engraved if that's what your call it, or stitched spelling out Columbia. The label makes the jacket look like a knockoff. I have the same color for myself, purchased months ago and the logo is engraved/ stitched into the jacket just like in the photo.

Fit was good, but the color is not a true black.

Like all Columbia Sportswear products, the fit is for short waist wide hips which they assume all women are i guess. Not sure why i purchased because i know i am more of a , 'athletic'shape which is better suited to Nike or REI brand. As you can see in pic, the bottom flares out. This creates wind access which is chilly. No drawstring to tighten down. Also when you dont have hips to pull the sides out, the bottom pooches out in front making a stomach look bigger. This is why i dont by their athletic shirts. My shape looks terrible in the bell shaped tops they make. Just wanted to put out there the info for others with an athletic shaped body rather than one built for birthin babies. PS i mentioned pic because i was going to include a pic of the jacket on me. There is over an inch on both sides where it flares out from my body. Site does not allow reviewer pics.

I bought this jacket thinking it was going to be black but it was more grey than black. I am a size small but it was a bit larger than a true small. I only bought online because department stores were sold out but I will buy in-store or outlet since colors vary.

I love Columbia jackets but the black background behind the word Columbia is not really there. Kinda disappointed.

Bought this jacket but really would of liked it to be longer. It's still a great warm jacket. Love the color like a turquoise.

This item is smaller than it should be for an XL. I can't wear another long sleeve top underneath and not feel uncomfortable.

I ordered an XS size which I wear for most of the brands(I'm 5'2"/105 lbs). It runs a little large(not very loose), though comfortable fit, but the sleeves are a little too loose. I understand sleeves not being too tight so I can wear some full sleeves underneath, but these are kind of baggy. I would have loved it more if the sleeves were a little more fitting. I'm not very pleased with the fit, thought the quality of the product is unbeatable.

Well, the quality is good, but it's not waterproof, and seems to be dirty easily, so I decided to return.

The Columbia Polartec keeps on getting worse looking every year. The black is worse looking than other colors. The fit is more tapered rather than boxy. Sleeves are long enough. Zipper works. Will keep you warm. Would not buy unless it was on sale.

when i ordered they were supposed to be here before christmas or i never would have purchased.....thanks alot those were part of my 2 daughters presents

It's is a amazing, comfortable jacket. However, I was expecting a black jacket not a dull dark grey one. It looks like it has been used before hand because of the color in general. But overall it's a great product.

I usually buy a couple of these jackets every year. I'm not sure what went wrong this time around. The jacket fabric changed after washing it and shrunk. After washing it just looked like a jacket that I would have towards the end of its use. The color also faded. I'm thinking maybe I may have gotten a bad batch possibly. I ordered a new jacket but seriously thinking of returning this one. I'm a pretty big fan of Columbia and buy from them often for my family.

No complaints about the size or fit. The colors, however (I ordered three different colors) were VERY different from the pictures online. the "Dynasty" color, which I expected to be a navy color, was royal blue. Needless to say, I'll stick to buying these in person to ensure I'm buying the correct color from now on.

I have always got Columbia jackets, they do it run a size to small very comfortable and does the job

Nice jacket, it runs a little big for me. I am 5.2 feet tall and 130 lb, I should order XS.

This jacket is really nice but once you wash it a few times the color starts to fade really fast and looks super old. I never stuck mine in the dryer and always air dried it but I always end up getting a new one every 6 months because it starts to look like I have had it for years. Better to invest in a little pricer jacket that is going to last. I'm 5'4 and 110 lb and size small a little to long but it's not that bad.

This fleece was soft and warm, but the color was more vibrant than I anticipated. I also didn't love the pseudo-cuffs on the sleeves. While it fit fine, the fuzziness, color, and large sleeves made me look like a Sesame Street character. I'm positive it would be better for others, because the quality was great. I returned it and got the Mountain Crest full zip in Shark/Bright Lavender instead.

The fleece jacket is overall okay except that the sleeves are too long for me (I'm petite 5'2"). That the sleeves have elastic band at the end doesn't help hiding the fact the sleeves are too long either. They are kind of like a lantern sleeve. Had to return.

I wanted a layering fleece for hiking, its a little bulky for putting under a shell and the sleeves are very long. The color for this product was "navy" and it is more of a slate blue, washed out. I will be returning.

It keeps you warm but im not yet convinced with the fabric, the color was lighter than the blue I picked. But is not completely bad.

Ordered navy blue fleece....not as navy blue as I thought it would be.

This is a good jacket as far as structure. However, the black is not black; it is a dark gray! WHY? I may return it because this color looks too casual to wear to work.
