I got this as a gift for my husband, which he loved. I like how it’s simple but still really stylish for some reason and the size is a plus. It feels and looks durable as well.

Love this bag! It's exactly what I wanted. A hands free bag for the park. Big enough for keys, iPhone, sun screen and a few snacks for the kids. Comfortable and cute!

Perfect bought this for a trip to Disney and it worked out great. Can use as a fanny pack around waist or as a cross body pack

This is the best "purse" ever. I use it for concerts, tailgating, attending football games etc. People ask me where I purchased it every single time I wear it. I love it!

Best Fannie pack! It's comfortable and uncombersome to wear yet fits a lot of stuff. By far the best!

People will always have a love/hate relationship with "fanny packs" but personally these are great to take on a workout, especially when you exercise outdoors. I love the bright fun colors and also how roomy it is!

I have had this bag for about a year now and it has served me well. I use it every day to carry my essentials and it is perfect for bike rides. There is practically no wear or damage to the bag, but I take pretty good care of it. To give perspective on the size, it is holding my encased Nook, work gloves, notebook, 15mm wrench, multi-tool, Wayfarers, and medication in the main pouch -- with plenty of room for more crap. It is a rad man-bag.

Sweet bag! I use it cycling around town. Its just the right size, and holds my cell phone, keys, and a few bike tools. This bags was delivered in no time. I love Zappos!

Love the color. It fits my iPhone Pro (which is too big for other bags), a wallet, and earphones. It's a nice little hands free option when walking around town with the kids.

First off, the outer zip pocket is tiny and will NOT fit an iPhone X or newer. And the key clip has a super short “leash”, so you’d have to unclip your keys each time to use them. The main interior pouch has no pockets or dividers. Those are the things I dislike, but I like the bag overall. Yes, the fabric and zippers are stiff, but I know from having a smaller Herschel hip pack that everything will loosen up over time, and these bags are really sturdy. The Seventeen is a great size for day to day use: I can fit my phone, wallet, keys, two pairs of glasses, hand sanitizer and several small things such as masks or hand sanitizer. And I really like the dusty pink crosshatch fabric, it’s cute but neutral.

I liked the design and material but the size was a little small for what I needed. The front pocket is much easier to access and bigger than the front 2 pockets of the Eighteen. Because it doesn’t hold as much as I’d like, I’m returning this hip pack and keeping the Eighteen. If Herschel made a Seventeen and a half with this Seventeen front pocket, it would the perfect hip pack.

I loved the look of this but the material is very stiff and the front pocket is so small it barely holds anything. My phone didn't fit. Also the flap that is supposed to cover the top zipper stuck out and wouldn't stay in place over the zipper. Sorry to have to return it and keep looking.

Didn’t love how stiff it was.

This bag is really attractive - but ultimately, I returned it. Here's why: (1) it was too big. I loved how much room was inside compared to the Target brand fanny pack I was trying to replace, but the overall bag just looked huge on me. I'm 5'3" 130lbs with a short torso. I thought it just looked too big for my body. (2) The strap. The plastic clip that holds the adjustable strap material in place catches on your clothes, causing the strap to quite visibly bunch up. For example, when you move the bag around your body from a resting position to, say, pulling your wallet out - the strap sticks way up and you have to put it back in place. (3) stitching over main zipper. The fabric over the zipper is super stiff and you have to keep forcing it to lay down. All of these were enough reasons for me to keep looking for the right bag.

The size of this bag was perfect for holding all (or most) items that I would carry in my purse. The color block design as also a factor in my purchase. Once the bag was delivered, I noticed that the material was very stiff, perhaps with some wear it would become more flexible (?? I'd not wait to find out). Also the flap over the zipper to the main top compartment made it difficult to get to the zipper. Again the stiff material was an issue. I wanted to love it but I couldn't, had to return.

It’s a bit stiff but I like that I can use the outside pocket for my phone and the inside compartment for my bottle of water when I go on long walks in the NC heat. Hands free is great.

Too big

Much wider than I thought. Kind of like man size unless you want to wear it on your shoulder. Color strange but okay.

Too big. Material very stiff. Not my style.

I love the color - camoflauge with white dots, nice and graphic, but the fabric is too stiff. I read a review about the stiffness but I didn't think it would bother me. I'm returning the bag because of the stiffness. It affects the zippers - usually had to use to hands to zip it up.
