This bag is super cute and stylish and easy for a weekend away. It fits everything I need and the strap works for easy picking up. It's lasted a very long time and is not showing any signs of wear. I did have to have the strap replaced once because the buckle broke but Zappos was awesome with sending me a replacement. Definitely recommend.

Bought as a gift. Fits a ton of stuff and still looks classy without being too old looking.

The bag arrived very quickly. It looks nice but I was very surprised to see it has a prominent bright white zipper which detracts from it's looks. The product photographs DO show the zipper, but it isn't obvious. A photo of the bag zipped up and viewed from the top would help give a more accurate idea of what the bag looks like!

I purchased this bag because I was looking for an overnight duffle in a fun print. My choice was the whimsical woodsy one--which I think with the black background, will camouflage any marks or stains that'll show up over time. It's proven quite sturdy so far. I'm a heavy packer, and the bag held up well despite carrying all my junk around for a short weekend! There are no signs of the zipper or straps giving out. I am happy with the purchase.

Very nice weekend bag material seems very durable. Purchased for my 11 year old and he really liked it too. Needless to say, Zappos shipping is great! Ordered it and got it less than 24 hours later. No reason to buy anywhere else.

This is a good weekender bag and it looks great. I have the black version and I love the simple look and the contrast of the brown handles on the black. I got compliments on this bag from friends on a recent trip. If you don't put shoes in it, it's roomy enough for a 3-4 day trip.

Just received, and I see this bag having multiple uses in my life. From weekend trips to the gym. I purchased the Grey/Tan, and the colors match the photo. The interior is a delight and I like that it is so vivid. Also the single divider will be perfect for me to store two pairs of shoes (I'm a size 8). It feels durable and looks quite durable all the way to its stitching. Overall it's a simple yet stylish bag that is quality for the price, and even though this is my first Herschel product I would recommend it to others.

I was looking for a duffel bag to use for weekend getaways. I stumbled upon the Ravine and ordered it. I used it as my sole bag for a recent trip (carry on). I like the style of it, it's very simple. It stored everything and had no issues. I think I overloaded it, but didn't show any signs of giving out. I had two pairs of pants, three pairs of shorts, five t-shirts, low top converse, two polos, underwear, toiletries, tablet, DSLR camera, book, and chargers in it (I used the rolling packing technique). Slightly on the heavy side walking around from the airport to the train, but I did it. I wouldn't trade it for any other bag. The price is right for the classic style.

I had been looking for a Travel bag in my fav color (yellow) and finally found it. I love this bag, the quality of the bag is outstanding. I use this bag not only for travel but for everything. I recommend this bag to anyone looking for a well made fun bag.

I got this to replace one my boyfriend had years ago and then broke and he loves this as much as his old one. It's been a few months and it seems quite sturdy and has been used a lot. The zipper functions well and it's perfect for a quick weekend trip.

Overall, a very good bag. Style is slick and minimal, feels sturdy, and has ample room. Two caveats: an inner pocket would be great for storing small/loose items like keys, and sometimes the shoulder strap hinges squeak when you load the bag a certain way. Just something to be aware of.

This is a very nice bag that is stylish and modern. The camouflage print is just super nice, the offset pink polka dots adds that extra touch to making a lovely bag. I do have big complaint about the shoulder strap. The plastic and mental does not work. Carrying this bag over your shoulders the clasp makes an awful squeaking noise that is really unbearable a very bad design flaw. Hopefully they have change that with their other bags. Other than that I have no complaints but lots of compliments.

I liked everything about this bag, except the color. The online picture shows it to be more of a bright yellow (which is what I wanted) but the actual color is more chartreuse. I returned it and will try another brand.

These bags look great, but I purchased one and the zipper broke immediately with little use. The second one ripped after about 8 trips. The quality is not good. Very disappointed with Herschel and the price vs. quality. Will not purchase any products from them again.

purchased this bag for my boyfriend, who had previously been using an un-stylish gym bag. I really liked the style when it came, and he did as well (it was a gift). Unfortunately, that is where praise for this product ends. First, the bag makes an incredibly loud (and irritating) squeaking sound at the hinges. There is no reason for this, and indicates that the designers did not think about the quality of construction. Second, and most importantly, the bag BROKE AFTER TWO WEEKS OF NORMAL USE! The paper clip-like mechanism that holds the shoulder strap onto the big fell off while my boyfriend was walking to work, so now he can only use the handle. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this purchase, and I would advise others to think carefully before selecting this product.
