They run very small. You need to size up

I placed an order online which was accepted. However right about the time I should have received my merchandise, I received an email my order was cancelled with no details why. I had to call customer service. Apparently they ran out if stock. Customer service very nice, but notification took too long.

They lack the under toe grip and arch support of clogs I've ordered before. I must return these.

I can see that Crocs not respecting club members at all. Not first time they invited me to "clearence" but with out any real possibilities to buy something with any discounts. Disappointed.

Purchased 8/01/2019, delivered two weeks after, barely used, and as of 08/31/2019 is falling apart. We loved Crocs and have pairs last for years. This is unacceptable.

I normally get good Crocs when purchasing online but I'm sending these back as they were bent in an awkward shape on the left shoe and there is a crease in the right one. Looks like someone just pulled them off a rack and shoved them in the shipping bag without even looking at them.

It didn't fit and exchange sucks

This product stated for 1/2 sizes order down. It was to small. Reordered same style in a bigger size. My classic clog for 1/2 sizes needed to order the down size. They were too big.

I bought two pairs (Bayaband Slide and Crocband Clog) size M11, but the Crocband Clog model is small, unrealistic but true Unfortunately I have not tried it when I got them, just today I will never buy anything from your company

After five years, my first pair finally exceeded it's useful life. I purchased the identical style and size, but the same W8 shoe does not fit. My toes were so crammed into the toe box that I couldn't wear them for more than a few steps. Very disappointed. And afraid to re-purchase. I loved my first pair.

Although I have previously owned several Crocs (and inferior knock offs) these shoes are to small and unwareable. Very disappointed

They did not fit way to wide waiting for my refund.

I don't know whats up with these but when I wear them they hurt the front of my toes. I've been wearing Crocs for years and years and have never had this problem. I looked at where this pair was made and it says Mexico. My others say they were made in Italy. I will NOT be buying online again. Very Very dissapointed ! I did not save my package or package slip to return or I darn sure would have !

Very disappointed in this pair of Crocs. I have purchased several pairs of Crocs and have been pleased with the comfort and quality, however this pair was made in Viet Nam and are very cheap looking. Very very disappointed!!

Sizing was off. My last pair of croc clogs was a size 10. When I ordered these they were too small. One pair was made in China, the other in Vietnam. I held the new pair up to the old pair and they were noticeably shorter. Exchanging them was a big hassle. Customer service wanted me to pay for both the original shipping and return shipping. I spent hours trying to get it rectified. Finally I was able to convince Crocs that in today's world of online ordering and fair customer service I shouldn't have to pay for the shipping on a return for inconsistent sizing. I ended up ordering a size 11 and they fit.

I purchased two pairs of Crocs just two weeks ago, and experience black powder on my toes, coming off the inner top of the shoe. Pretty disappointing to say the least when you pay such a high price for plastic slippers.

Very bad experience ,size very small

Horrible fit I have been trying to get in touch with customer service the last I heard from them was "someone will be in touch with you in 24-48 hours". It's been three weeks

The color is great and the lack of holes on the side super, however one shoe fits tighter than the other in the toe and both seem shorter than the clogs I just took off to try them on. Crocs have been the only shoe I can wear all day. I've been on these for two hours and my feet hurt. SO, I'm going to return, even though I wore them for two hours.
