DO not order these shoes in large (10 or higher) size. I have a previous version of this same number and was excited to order two more pair. they have changed the straps to the point they leave about 2 inches of Velcro exposed. that is the certain way to ruin a good pair of pants. they have redesigned this shoe top and it should not be sold in larger sizes due to the short straps.

I'm reviewing 2 sizes of NB-MW77. I wear B-width, size 11. This pair of New Balance size 11-B was too short, but I liked the shoe quite a bit otherwise - it felt like a comfortable, stable aesthetically challenged work shoe, which was fine, just too short. So Zappos graciously exchanged the 11's for a pair of 11.5's, even though I had banged up the 11's a little during a week at work in the process of confirming to myself that they were indeed a bit too short. (Drat!) So the 11.5's come in the mail. They are long enough, and list size B-width on the tongue, but they're voluminous! It's as if the shoe engineers at NB decided that a foot that is half a size longer is also a full size or two thicker. Compared to the 11's, (which fit nicely except for being shorter than any other size 11 I've ever worn), the 11.5's look and feel like Clown shoes. I'm hereby putting New Balance on notice. I may have to splurge and switch to Brooks to find something that fits.

I was not very pleased with the second shipment. The box had one shoe and the other shoe was a diferent size.

I purchased these because I needed walking shoes. I used to wear New Balance shoes all the time. It’s been about 5 years since my last pair. I ordered Men’s, size 14. The shoes came, tried them on and didn’t seem that bad til I walked in them. They felt a half size TO SMALL, no arch support what so ever and my back hurt after wearing them. Style was nice enough, comfort is one star at best. Overall, dissatisfied and had to return them.

Shoe was tighter than the usual New Balance shoe of this size.

This shoe didn't work for me and I will be returning it.

Shoe leather tore free from sole. Apparently defective manufacturing but shoes were 1 day past last allowable return date. Not sure whether they are worth buying again and probably NOT from Zappos...

this shoe is mislabeled!!! I have bought this same shoe, same size and width numerous times. so I know how it should fit. Putting this new shoe next to the others the size difference is obvious. This new shoe also arrived without a shoebox. It was in a plain cardboard box. ?? It really should be taken out of Zappos inventory and donated to Goodwill or some other charity where it could be tried on before purchase. Very disappointed with Zappos this time.

too short

my 2nd toe got irritated and scabbed from wearing the shoes just once. If you have a 6 extra wide, that would benefit me much better. Sorry about this!

Most uncomfortable shoe I have ever bought. The sole must have some type of memory foam, the ball of your feet make an indentation and the result is the shoe feels lumpy inside.

Very tight around my toes. Hurts my feet to wear them

14D too short. All other shoes: 14D. Returned - great store. Have not dared to order 15D even though they say width is the same. All other boots and shoes, when tried 15D , were sloppy wide. I don't want these wider - just longer.
