These shoes had no ventilation. They were the hottest shoes I've ever had.

An otherwise good shoe that would've suited my needs but even in the listed 4E width, felt a little narrow. Therefore, I'm returning this model and I've bought another NB model that feels true to size.

Did not fit right. Item returned

the shoe hits my ankle bones and it was uncomfortable so had to return. other NB shoes do fit but this once wasn't right for my feet.

Looks nice, a good amount of cushion but little to no arch support.

A very attractive shoe, and fine quality for the price, but much too tight for me.

Fit pretty well with the right socks. The tongue is too short and the laces are kind of felt through it when you snug it up. hope they're better once broken in. On sale, so had to try.

didn't like style

The rounded front design doesn't leave room for your toes. Returned.

Fit is good and accurate

I think these are good shoes, but unfortunately were uncomfortable for me, even painful. The tongue and upper are fairly stiff and were digging into my ankles, especially on stairs. I wore them a couple days, hoping that they would soften or that I would figure something out. But I will have to return them. There were comfortable for the rest of my feet, including my mild neuroma.

Lousy design too tight where tongue comes out just not sane as old NB

The shoes felt a size smaller than I wear and even though it was supposed to be extra wide, it felt like medium width

there is a piec eof material that rubs inside top and rubs top of foot - it is NOT wide I will be returning.

Slightly long in the toe, not a big deal. Nice roomy toe box, appeared slightly round, but that's the price you pay for the room. The problem was the insole. There's a huge lump of foam, apparently designed to be an arch, cushioning, at the back of the arch, which hit just in front of my heel, raised my heel up off the shoe bed and made the shoe extremely uncomfortable. I do not believe this was a defect. Someone with a high arch might find it ok, my arch is low, and I found it intolerable.

The last pair of MW577 I purchased were perfect in every way. Wore them until the soles fell off. The new pair did not fit as well as I expected, a little to narrow in the left shoe. I purchased a different brand, same size and width, heaven. These will be returned and I will be purchasing a second pair of the other brand. Zappos has a great system to return shoes, if they don't fit, return them.

I liked the style it was just a bit to small

Apparently, New Balance did away with the MW813 model, which is too bad, they were prefect, according to my husband. These are tight in the heel area and just not as comfortable as the 813s.

My heal slipped to much.

They fit well but they’re a little squeaky. I hope that goes away once they’re broken in.

Much too snug, especially around toes. I had to return. I might risk ordering the next size up.

The toe box was too narrow for me. The show is pretty stiff, so the toe box being a little narrow was not comfortable for walking
