My instep is large and the straps are difficult to fasten. Other wise the shoes are great. How do these shoes compare with the other two that are more expensive???

Use for working (retail). On confrre floor most of the day.

The 577 style I recently purchased is very comfortable and fit well at 13 wide. I'd worn the different versions of the NB 608 for many years, 10 at least, progressing through the versions. The most recent pairs, version 4 or 5 of the 608 just were not as comfortable or as stable as I remembered. The 577 is much more stable when walking, which I do about 20 miles a week outdoors. The recent sale price was equal or less than the 608. Assembled in USA was displayed on the box.

Third pair that I have bought. Like the style and fit.

These shoes are very comfy and I really like that they are so comfy and shoes. I have the toasty feet now.

On my second pair of 577 in black. I wear these to mow 2 houses each with a half acre lawn. Also wear these when traveling the world. Great on European cobbles. Insoles are discarded and I insert Powersteps

I liked the first pair and enjoyed the way they fit. This old man ordered three pair.

I am trying to make a better choice when buy shoes.

Use it for casual wear, and have been using first pair to work in as the type that I am doing does not require my heavy duty work boots. As such the first pair is "dirty", so I purchased this second pair to have a "clean pair" to hob nob around in. It is very hard to find my size; 12 B or Narrow, and NB has it, which is a big plus!

Can wear them in between seasons. The right ones in bad weather

I like to take long walks every day and my feet and legs were hurting. I had used NB shoes in the past, so I decided to try them again. Since switching back, my feet and legs have stopped hurting.

I walk every day, these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had. I would recommend these shoes to all walkers.p

These were the same type I used for over 20 years in the USPS. They were and are the best walking shoes I've ever had.

Keep me posted on the news of your products. Just wanted to say that I am a little better off with my own experience than many of the other people who invented the same thing as I have. Great to have a happy customer with you and all of your fans who are barbers. 6AM was the first time I had to go back to the same thing as I was out of.

Bubble shoe laces stayed tied. A physical disability makes it difficult for me to bend. Once my shoes are tied, they have to stay tied all day. The bubble lace provide that!

Walking everywhere looks good enough for casual shopping, and going for quick walk. These shoes are comfortable, on hard surfaces like sidewalks and trails. Big thing is these shoes are made in USA it's so important to support our Americans. Wouldn't recommend to wear them when raining unless your water proof them. In all get shoe for good price for USA shoes.

I was looking for good walking shoes and after reviewing many different New Balance models, I selected this. I need 4E width and this pari of shoes worked really well and are very comfortable. I purchased the Velcro style which is very convenient. These shoes are a great value.

I have a pair of your walking shoes but too small. I am glad that you still carry shoes that feel good when I am out walking.

I use these shoes for everyday wear and for my daily walk/exercise routine. Well made, good fitting, comfortable shoes. I would recommend then to anyone, in need of a good casual shoe or shoes for the daily workout.

These fit me better than most other narrow shoes I have worn.

I purchased the Bone color first......They fit so well that I purchased a black pair......They are perfect for my swollen feet....

Been using this shoe for a number of years, just what the doctor ordered.

I received exactly what I ordered, but I wish I had ordered a wide instead of a D. I've been using New Balance shoes for years, and I've always been very satisfied. The product is quality. HOWEVER, why can't they manufacture their product in the United States??? From now on, I will do my best to only purchase products from retailers who sell products made in the United States. "Assembled in the USA", doesn't mean manufactured in the USA. We need jobs for our own people, especially during this crisis.
