I have a major height complex (even though I'm 5'5 1/2...5'6 on a good day) and pretty much live in heels. I won't buy any shorter than 5 inches. And ever since Steve Madden stopped making the Darrina shoe, I've been at a huge loss. They were perfect for work, jeans, dresses, etc. went through 3 pairs! Anyway, I thought I'd give these a shot. For starters...these shoes are not 5 inches! They are 6! I double checked on the Steve Madden website. These are by far the tallest heels I own and they are totally comfortable. I love that they are so tall but it does cut down the number of pants I am able to wear these with because they are too short. I wish the platform was not quite so high because sometimes it looks weird with certain pants and what not. All of that being said, I now own these shoes in Black and Blush leather. They're definitely sexy to wear out and great if you hate getting your pants hemmed. Is my quest for the perfect black pump over? No. But I still really like these. I should also mention when I say comfortable, I live in heels and don't get pedicures because I need my calluses. I wear these to work almost daily and they only start to bother me at the very end of the day...so "my comfortable" may not be the everyday person's "comfortable". That being said. Buy these!

I'm 5'3" so I am always looking for shoes to make me taller. Usually I go with chunky or wedge heels because I do not like stilettos. But these are great! The heels are 6" so I love that they made me 5'9". At first I thought walking around all day in 6" heels would be terrible by the end of the day but not in these. They are so comfortable that I would wear them 24/7 if I could. They have become my new favorites. I love them so much!

Ordered this show and love it! Was a little skeptical at first because I thought the heel was going to be too high, but it worked out well. The shoe looks good and was very comfortable, surprisingly. Had a few questions about the shoe before ordering it and the customer service dept was very helpful and polite. DSW did a great job with shipping and I received my order on time just as promised.

These shoes are beautiful and believe it or not. They are comfortable. I love them. One thing I did and it helps is that I put Scotchgard on them so they don't get dirty. But you will love them.

These are ridiculously comfortable, but also ridiculously high! These shoes definitely do not feel like typical high heeled shoes. Alas, I had to return them because they were too tall for me.

These shoes are fabulous. The platform is perfect and the fit is wonderful. Very comfortable for such a high shoe. I have the black/white and I they're conversation starter shoes.

I love these shoes. I have them in black and for them to be 6" they are really comfortable. Probably because of the platform in the front. Overall I am in love with these shoes. The leather is also a decent quality because it has not scuffed or faded and I have had the shoes for almost a year.

Just received these today after only ordering them yesterday, wow talk about almost immediate gratification! They were packed well. I bought the black leather, they look well made and very classic in a new updated way. I have wide feet, so they are a bit tight in the toe box, but not at all unbearable. I have learned in my experience that leather always stretches so I know they will work out fine after breaking them in a bit. Oh yes I am only 5 ft. tall, so it's a lot of fun getting an extra 6 inches of height, if you're used to wearing heels you'll do fine with these beauties. This was my first purchase here, I only wish all stores had wonderful customer service like zappos!

I'm obsessed with these. They're a little uncomfortable at first, but once you break them in, they're wonderful! I love tall heels, and these may seem a bit intimidating, but they're very fierce and gorgeous! I've worn them out on long nights and not had a blister once, and I never have to take them off. Perfect heels for me.

Super sexy shoes, they look even better in person! This is my 3rd pair of the Madden Dejavu shoes black, nude, and now leopard print. Comfortable, tall, sexy, and super versatile. They are true to size, so you don't need to worry about that. Can't go wrong and get them!

I am completely in love with this shoe! I usually wear a 6 in Steve Madden Shoes but I needed these in a 6.5 The leather is so soft. You would think a 6inch heel would be uncomfortable but these are amazingly comfortable! They make me feel so confident and beautiful. Such a sexy shoe! I can't even tell you how many compliments I get on them! Plan on ordering every possible color!

Omg I love these heels! They are 6 inches - true. Super comfortable for high heels. I wear them to work and parties. I bought them in Fawn Patent to match my skin color which makes my legs look super-long. Buy these babies!

Very comfortable for how high these should are. I got the black and white lace print but they are more cream than white. I still love them. I wish Zappos still had these in black but all I see is grey patent. I would definitely say buy these if you like the way they look. After a day of walking lightly my feet did not hurt very much.

I ordered this is black. I needed a sexy tall black pump. I haven't worn them out yet but have worn them around the house. So far so good...just a little snug around the toe area.
