So bummed about these boots, my son absolutely loves them but he only wore them a few weeks and they split from the top and about halfway down the boot. Although he just started wearing them, we bought them at Christmas so I'm outside the 90-day warranty and am stuck with these and a sad kiddo.

Very difficult to get on and off. I can't understand all the great reviews. I a larger size and still these are the most difficult boots to get on and off. I'm done with them and just getting new ones. Such a shame.

They wouldn't fit my child's fit. They are just too narrow. We can not put them on him without struggle.

I wouldn't buy these for chunky legged toddlers. They wouldn't go up and as I tried to pull, not super hard or anything rough, as I was trying to put them on an 18 month old, they ripped from the handle down the edge. So they are unusable even if I could get them on now. Shame

Loved these at first as our kids love crocs. Unfortunately he left his wet muddy boots on the back porch to dry out. They ended up shrinking and become mishapened out in the sun and now are unwearable!

Don't buy these if you plan to wear them for more than one season. The rubber shrinks over time, making the boots unwearable.

We used to LOVE these boots! My son has pretty serious sensory needs when it comes to shoes, and he has potato feet. They are wide and tall and difficult to find a good fit for before even considering the overall shoe comfort. These boots are literally the ONLY thing he will wear. Not even exaggerating, it is Crocs rainboots or barefoot. I was worrying about what I was going to do as he is now in a size J3 and they never have these boots available in anything bigger than a J3. Well that's not going to be the only issue as the quality has suddenly plummeted. We have had two pair rip now! Both in the size J3. Before this we only had to buy more when he grew out of them. He has been wearing this style of croc rainboots for 5 years and suddenly went through two pair in under a year! Maybe things didn't change. Maybe they only go up to J3 because the larger size creates issues in the quality, but if that's they case they shouldn't go beyond J2. We love these boots and I have no clue what I'm going to do now that they're basically garbage! The pink ones are under 3 months old and just started ripping. The green ones have been super glued by me multiple times and zip-tied by my son's para.

These are so cute and comfortable I bought a pair for both my little girls. The pair for my 2 year old broke on the handle part on first use right away though, she was so sad.

These were a Christmas gift. My daughter wore them 12/27/2020 and upon getting them on and off the split down the side next to handle. I reached out immediately. Due to that being a Sunday I am waiting on a response.

Hard to put on even tho they are the right size

The boot is fine, but the sizing is a bit crazy. My kids grew out of their first pit so I got the next size up and they were barely any bigger. Also, worst customer service I've ever had. Ordered a charm, never received it, and customer service has been ignoring my emails. Basically stole from me.

Hard to put on

It's seems as though the sizing does not fit my son I thought by buying a 6 it would be ok for his wide flower but he can't even wear it :(

I ordered these two years ago and they worked great for both of my kids. I ordered them the next year a size up and the style it sizing changed. My son can not get his foot in them at all. The ankle is so tight! I go to exchange them at the opry land mall and the manager was super rude and said she had never seen them before and refused to exchange them. So now I have a pair of boots my kid can't wear and I am not happy. In order to return them I have to go through a big deal with mailing them back, wait for them to receive them, get a refund and THEN order a new pair and wait on them. Meanwhile the season will be here and gone and my son won't have the rain boots.

Wayyyyy too big and no other color available so I'm stuck with a big shoe

The loop to pull the boot on is very thin and obviously easily ripped. I ordered a pair for a gift and when the recipient opened them, one of the loops was torn. Imagine my embarrassment! I have tried and tried to get crocs to replace this item with NO LUCK! Customer service sucks!

I ordered a size larger than my grandson usually wears and we can't even get them on!
