These are well cut. I have an ample rear and wear a size 8 in normal underwear - the XL fit perfect (not loose, body hugging). The elastic on the base is strong enough that they don't ride up my crack and shay were they should be. I have never worn wool underwear, but I love icebreaker base layers. These are the fabric that is a little stiffer (not super soft), but not itchy. They breathe well. I like that the elastic at the base between your legs is covered with wool - seems silly that other merino underwear brands don't do this because you sweat on this line!. The top elastic is not covered, but soft.

Love these! Fit perfect - no ride up. And the fabric is so soft and stays nice and dry all day!

Perfect fit! I'm a size 8-10 and I chose the same size I wear in Hanky Panky and Patagonia undies (M). They are low rise, not too tight, and pretty soft (they don't feel itchy or noticeably like wool). I will definitely buy more!

Excellent! They stay put, they are cool and they dry quickly. Only wish there were more selection of colors.

Love them, no complaints! I tried these, the Smartwool bikini, and the Smartwool hiphugger all wonderful! I threw out all my inferior cotton undies. Only wish there were more colors.

I ordered the large, which fit, but the leg elastic cuts into my legs. The bigger problem though, is that the gusset only covers the taint, as it is not long enough/stops short of protecting the comprehensive vaginal area. These are a total waste of money for me since I cannot return them.

I bought all three styles on Zappos (this and SmartWool's bikini and hipster). These are my favorite by a long shot. They do not give me wedgies and I like the quality elastic better.

Just great! Yes, they are expensive but they will last along time and are great for travel - easy to hand wash and quick dry - but a natural fabric. I wear 6 -8 in pants (mostly 8) and the M fits me well.

These are by far the best underwear out there. Very soft, breathable, stretchy and comfortable. I feel like they run slightly big with the small fitting more like a medium. Be warmed the underwear are very thin and you can see through the fabric when holding them up to the light. I have yet to see how they will hold up long term.

The gusset is so short that it fails to cover the vaginal area, only covering the taint area and for some reason, my taint does not emit discharge, go figure. Also, the elastic cuts into the skin, even though the panties were a tad loose on me. Who designed these? A man?
These panties were a colossal waste of money and time. I would be okay with the price if they weren't so poorly designed.
