Its too small and the opening is also to narrow.

My 2nd one - perfect size & easy to access my belongings & wallet , etc. - comfortable to hold & carry - did put two more holes in the strap (with my leather punch) to make it feel more secure -HAPPY!

I love the design and color of this purse, but it very very difficult to zip and unzip. It almost feels defective. I need a purse to use now, so I’m a reluctant to return it for another which just might have the same problem with the zipper.

The leather on this purse is very nice. The purse has a lot of pockets and is of great quality. I am returning, because it is too big for my crossbody needs. If you want a large crossbody design with gorgeous, soft leather and a lot of pockets, then this may be the purse for you.

Fit and size perfect. It is a little stiffer than I expected. Perhaps it will soften with use. Price is very good.

I love my purse, I bought the purple looking one this last Christmas 2023, I got it in less than a week. I almost didnt purchase it after reading some of the negative reviews but I know I havent had any bad experience purchasing items from Frye so I went ahead and purchased this purse and I am loving the heck out of this purchase. Its everything I expected, quality and size wise.

I never received my handbag. The Frye website uses the Shop function for payment and when I selected this, I was never asked where I wanted to ship it and to confirm the billing and shipping addresses. It was shipped to someone else in a different city. Despite my calling every day and emailing Customer Service, I never received any help with this, and I have yet to receive my handbag. Thanks for nothing.

Dont buy this bag. They wont send it to you and they wont contact you either. Their customer service stinks. They will, however, take your money! Beware!

I ordered this bag thinking I would actually get this bag - wrong! They sent the wrong one which I returned. Kept my money but I have yet to see the actual bag I ordered & paid for. Their Customer Service is the worse of any other company on the planet. I truly dont know how they stay in business. Save yourself the runaround and skip them.

Beautifully crafted, perfect size for only travel essentials. Not bulky like other crossbodies. Adjustable strap allows it to sit perfectly at hip or waist depending on preference.
