I have owned many pairs of glasses from Maui to Ray-Bans and I was tired of messing up expensive glasses. These are an economical choice and one that won't make me upset if I lose, scratch or break. I can buy 5 of these for the price of my last pair of Maui's. No more will I buy those. The lenses are great and the polarized is nice. I have the black pair and lens is a little dark compared to other similar aviators I have had but works great for me. I will keep buying this style as long as they make it.

This is my 3rd maybe 4th pair of these sunglasses in about 5 years. I just can't get myself to buy any other pair. The thin, yet strong, wire frame conforms to my face perfectly with minor adjustments and maintains its shape even through the roughest torture. Excellent quality and great lens clarity! A+++

Yellow tinted lenses make driving so much easier! Glare is cut way down from the polarization and colors are boosted in dark environments. No need to removing them when going through tunnels, very easy to see. Look great on round faces!

These SunCloud Optics sunglasses replaced my former sunglasses 100% in value, comfort and also the sun glare is now not a problem. The cost and looks of these glasses are close to looking like a very pricey pair and I love the this product.
I'd also recommend:
stay with these.

Very nice Ray Ban clones at 1/3 of the price. High quality construction and polarized lenses are also of good quality. My second pair of SunClouds and have yet to find a flaw.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my Dad. He loves them. He lives in Portland, Oregon, so there's a lot of cloud cover induced glare. Can't beat the price for the quality.

I was in the market for a new pair of sunglasses. I tried on many styles at retail stores to figure out what I liked. I have a large face so most sunglasses do not fit me well, I found a pair of Maui Jim Freight Trains that looked really well on my face. However, the price at the store and on Zappos was way too high. I looked for a pair of sunglasses that were similar in style (Navigator or like square Aviators), size (lens about 61mm), and had a polarized lens. These Sunclouds fit every feature and they were fairly inexpensive! These Sunclouds are very light, and have hinges on the temple pieces for large heads. The lenses are big and fit my face well. They come in a cloth bag which you use to wipe them. One thing that I did not like was that Zappos sold me a pair that were returned (shipped from the return center). Normally I would not mind that, but these sunglasses were very obviously used, not only did they have finger print smudges all over the lens, they were also dirty and had grime stains on the lens. The hinges have some kind of orange stain (lubricating grease or skin from the previous owner?). I think Zappos needs to have better quality checks to make sure products look fresh and straight from the manufacturer. Overall, these are great sunglasses, just you may get a dirty, used pair if you buy through Zappos.

The positive reviews made me hopeful that these were a hidden gem - I expected well made, quality sunglasses with a no-name brand and matching low price. What I received was basically gas station rack quality, sadly. The frame is extremely cheap and flimsy - one of the hinges on my pair is extremely loose and the temple hangs down and flops around. All of the metal used is extremely thin; in the photos, this appears to be a stylistic choice, but in reality its just very thin and poor quality construction. My wife's $7 pair of Old Navy sunglasses of the same style have more substantial frames, with metal that feels less likely to break or bend, and sturdy hinges. The lenses are also a disappointment - they are very thin and the tint isn't very dark. They are definitely polarized, but the lens quality and clarity is no better than a pair I picked up at a truck stop for 1/4th the price. Overall, these looked great on paper, but after receiving them and giving them an honest try for a few days, I gave up and donated them. I hate to keep buying more expensive brands like Oakley, etc, and had hoped that this manufacturer would be a low cost competitor without a massive quality drop, but it appears that SunCloud simply buys cheap import sunglasses destined for tourist traps and flea markets and puts their logo on them.

Loved them at first; then they broke. Excellent glasses, price is right. I was taking excellent care of them, but after about 2 months of use the right hinge began to lose its spring so that it didn't hug my face very well. Then this morning, when I went to reach for them (hanging on the rear view mirror of my car from the strap I added, the left temple simply broke off -- metal fatigue. I definitely did not overuse or mishandle these. They must be cutting corners in the manufacturing. I am very disappointed, and won't buy these again, even though the lenses are fine.
