I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5. I tried them on in the store before ordering and the lady tried to talk me into purchasing the 8. I'm glad I didn't listen to her, size 7 is perfect! These boots are warm, waterproof, and extremely comfortable! I could wear them all day and not have a problem. Best boots I've ever owned and I get tons of compliments on them.

Awesome boot. Very comfy and warm. I get so many compliments on them, even from men! When I ordered, they only had two colors available and I wasn't sure this color would look good with all the black that I wear, but it looks amazing! I ordered so many different boots & brands from Zappos hoping to find the right one and I finally did in the Cate boot from Sorel. However, I will be putting in a store bought arch support in these boots. Overall, very happy customer.

I loved the way these look online and they are cute in person too however, they are just kind of huge. I don't mean fit, they fit true to size and were very comfortable, but they just didn't seem very practical for my needs. I live in Michigan, but I felt like I should be trudging through the arctic in these.

This was my first time ordering from Zappos. I ordered these boots last night at around 8pm and received them today at 3pm and shipping was free! I live in Michigan and was sick of wearing my running shoes and getting cold feet. I was so excited when I opened them up. I ordered my normal shoe size (9) and they fit perfectly. I find them comfortable, stylish and yet practical. My feet stay warm in the cold, they are cute and unique. I love them. Much better than the Uggs I see everyone wearing. They have nice detail and are vary well made. I didn't find the item to large at all and love the rubber on the bottom. No wet feet!. I am extremely happy with Zappos services and this product.

This is my first pair of really good winter snow boots and I love them. I had no idea how insulated they were on the inside. I ordered a size 8 and they fit good. I can even wear my fun socks that aren't thick and my feet are still very warm. I live in Colorado and it can get very cold out. I look forward to these boots lasting me a very long time so proud of my purchase.

I'm a size 8.5 for the most part. I ordered size 8.5 and they fit a tiny bit loose. However, with winter socks. They are perfect. Really attractive, more feminine than some other Sorel boots in my opinion. Awesome service...Ordered at night, came 2 days later.

I've worn these half a dozen times now and I really like the look; however, the felt liner is a little uncomfortable at the back of your heel. They rub up and down a bit as you walk. Also, the liner is a little tight for me at the top of my calf. They don't make your feet look huge like the old style Sorels. In fact the way the leather extends down the sides is really flattering. I'm a true ten and they fit pretty well. I've walked my dogs in them in the snow and wet. My feet stayed totally dry and they're quite warm.

I have worn these boots for a winter and they make my feet sweat and then get cold. The seam around the base of the boot seems to get damp and you can feel it inside the boot around the base of your feet. I live in Colorado where the temperature is sometimes below 0° and I feel that I need to have something warmer. They are adorable and would be great for being in the cold for short periods. Sorel is a great brand and so are these boots. They are just not super warm.

Beautiful style. Exterior boot fits my daughter's 6.5 foot perfectly. Interior felt liner so small she can't get her foot in it. She loves the boot so much that we will try a polar fleece sock insert.

Awesome style boots; however, they have no support. My feet were hurting because the rubber is very soft - bones need support. I wish they made these with the sturdier sole on the mens boots.

I wear a 10-10.5 in almost everything. Based on reviews saying these run "true to size" to "large," I bought these in a 10, and they were MUCH too small. Like, broke a sweat trying to wrestle my foot into it (even after unlacing and pulling the outers down. They were also looser than I expected in the calf. They were awfully cute, and very toasty. I would try them again in a size (or a size and a half) up.

Really runs small. I ordered a 8.5 because I tried my friend's boots on which were a size 8 (same maker, Sorel, Joan of Arc style) with no problem and the fit and feel was wonderful! I thought getting a 8.5 would give me a little more room. When they arrived, I had to really struggle to get my foot into the boot as the upper part of the boot over the arch was so tight. Once the boot was on, it was a fabulous fit, but I just don't have the time to struggle every day trying to get the boots on so sadly had to return them. :(

Holy cow, these boots are gigantic! I also bought and am keeping the Sorel "Tofino" boots. I was hoping to like these boots as they were taller than the Tofino, but they looked so huge! However, they were comfortable and very well made.

Glad I tried them I guess, but they are too low and tight across the top of my mid step. Also they were so stiff it was difficult to flex my foot. They look much wider and clunkier than in the pictures.

I bought these boots last winter to wear for my commute to downtown Chicago hoping they would keep my feet nice and toasty in the freezing cold Chicago winters. However, my feet are not warm and I cannot even feel my toes by the time I get to work. To say I am disappointed is an understatement after spending so much on them. I would return them if I could but it has been too long. I would look elsewhere for warm boots.
