Customer Reviews New Balance Kids KJ750 (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I always buy my grandson New Balance athletic shoes since they are one of the ONLY brands to make a wide width for kids. However they do not hold up at all. They fray, get stringy, the Velcro ones are the worse. I will definitely search for another brand that carries wide.

Very lightweight, being mostly made with a mesh upper. The shoe we ordered was too small but because it's almost winter and this sneaker will not offer any protection from the cold whatsoever, we'll wait until the spring to try a larger size. The heel cup was a bit tight on the sides of the shoe (inside).

They are really comfortable, but within 2 weeks, the stitching on the toe broke. Now with each wearing the mesh and the "leather" separate a bit more, so no longer wearing them -- sending them back to Zappos.

New Balance is usually a great shoe. We have used them for years because my son has always had wide feet. I don't know if they changed the materials or if we just had a bad shoe, but these things fell apart in about three weeks. Big holes in the side where the stitching came out, sole falling off, etc.

Disappointed in these shoes. My 7 year old son had them a week and the mesh got a hole in it. He's now had them for 3 weeks and they have completely fallen apart, mesh pulling away from the sole, stitching coming out, etc. My son is hard on shoes, but New Balance lasted the shortest amount of time (3 weeks) of any of the brands we've tried, and we've tried Nike, Adidas, Saucony, Stride Rite and Merrell.
