Fit right out of the box! Perfect for walking, especially in cities like Charleston, where you get lots of mileage in comfort!

Very comfortable. Thought they looked a bit like the old lady shoes women used to wear, but I guess I'm way older than everyone else, because no one knew what I was talking about. They gave me lots of compliments! I chose the Rheseda color which went with everything--dressed up or down.

Not only are these shoes super cute but they are also extremely comfortable. I wore them right out of the store and walked around for hours with no problems. Definitely recommend, they will not disappoint!

Love these shoes. I have terrible bunions, making my feet ugly and hard to fit widthwise. These shoes cover my bunions and adjust (tie on top) to fit my width. Oh, and did I mention how comfortable they are? I am not interested in uncomfortable shoes at my age, been there, done that...I love them so much I will order more in other colors!

Extremely soft and comfortable. Quirky style. I have severe bunions and usually don't wear fun shoes because of my required orthodic inserts. These shoes are perfect since I can adjust the top ties to the width I need and they give me just enough support to wear all day at work without stress on my feet.

Hi, it's me again, totally forgot mentioning something important in my previous review (by the way, I never ever leave reviews for anything, but the outstanding/mind blowing service from Zappos combined with being unable to take these shoes off since the moment I opened the box earlier, compelled me to write this). These shoes are true to European sizing. I'm a womens US 9 and so in Worishofers I'm a size 40. A 39 corresponds to a US size 8. The Zappos sizing for these is a wee bit confusing there. Hope that helps. Mine fit preciously! I'm out...might get those cute lemony colored ones or the red or purpley...sigh...so many Worishofer colors, so little time. Later y'all!

I bought this shoe in 40 it said 9 1/2-10. I wear a 9 1/2 all the time. Shoe is a bit short. They were comfortable. So I am hoping the next size up will be perfect not long or too wide. These laced perfectly. They are very chic.

I love the retro, fashionable-granny aesthetic of these shoes. However, they aren't quite as perfectly crafted as I was hoping for the price. The buckle appears to be stapled onto the shoe, and the hardware seems a bit flimsy. The upper is not as comfortable as I'd hoped. As others have noted, it tends to rub around the big toe area. The soles are quite comfortable, however, with moderate arch support. And the shoe was overall lighter in weight than expected.

I got these in white. It's more of a nurse shoe vibe than I was looking for but it's okay. They are very comfy. I went up a size and it fits slightly wide but the length is perfect. I agree these look much better without the tongue under the laces, although I think it wouldn't be as comfortable.

Shoe was a little small for a 9.5. If I went bigger, it would have been too narrow for my narrow foot. Cute shoe and very comfy.

Cute shoe but the left one has sloppy stitching where the tongue meets the top, which irritates my big toe so I need to wrap moleskin around it when I wear the shoes. Other than that they're comfortable, and very lightweight.

Very comfortable, lightweight, good for walking around the city and for work. Size fits well. Only minor complaint is that the blue is so dark it's more like black with a blue undertone.

Super comfortable for NYC walking. It does stretch out a bit, but just lace up tighter and adjust the buckle and you're good as new.

These are unbelievably comfortable! My husband said they look stiff but looks can be deceiving... They are soft and supportive in the sole, soft in the leather, light weight, there's are even toe grooves that felt like made specially for my toes. My only complaint is that it maybe a bit too wide for my feet. I had to lace them all the way tight to fit. I ordered a medium width. so I think I am between narrow and medium. (I never wore narrow.) The style is not for everyone. If you like this style, these shoes are worth every penny!

First try on: The sole is cushy and comfortable, they look cute and fit length wise - true to size. However, the part of the uppers that is in contact with my foot is abrasive and is overall stiff. Has to be broken in. Comfort after wear in: The upper has softened although not ideally. Comfortable enough to wear all day but once in a while will feel like it is chafing. Fit: Length true to size. I have narrow feet and these were a little wide to where I had to tighten the laces all the way. Overall: Would buy again but really wish the underside of the upper was softer.

Darling schoolmarm chic! Love these cuties based on appearance but had to send them back due to fit. If they were just a tad longer I would have kept them and the next size up I know would be too big. My feet are short, not in length but height and that is why I have a better shot with lace ups and adjustable straps. But these were already tied close to the max so sizing up would not have worked. A+ for style though and Zappos, you guys are the best!

This is my second pair of Worishofers. I bought the first pair last summer and already had to throw them out because the cork sole breaks down so easily. I mean that the plastic sole on top of the cork started to rip off and they look terrible. But I love the styling so much I bought another pair anyway. Be warned, the sole is really flimsy and poorly made. I wish they would make the sole more sturdy, then they would be perfect.

I generally love Worishofers - comfortable, cute, and pretty affordable. I'm 26, but I tend to like granny style shoes. I thought I'd be able to funk these up a bit, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that they really look like orthopedic old-person shoes. They're pretty comfortable, but the style just won't cut it, so they're going back -- but I'll probably order a different pair of Worishofers to replace them. If you're intrigued by these, definitely check out the other Worishofer styles. Great brand!

This shoe does not run generously in the length. The width is definitely a Med. A 39 runs more like a 8 and no more. The material is not heavy-weight. Cute enough, but hard to size! The 'snake' pattern is attractive.

I wear a womens 12, which usually corresponds to a 42 or 43. While I can usually wear 42s, they are often tight. I couldn't fit my feet into these.

It's killing me to return this adorable shoe - but there is this ridge underneath the toe area that, try as I might, I could not get comfortable with.

So disappointing. I originally ordered the 38 and it was a bit too small. I returned it for the 39, which fit perfectly. The Worishofer foot beds are like pillows. Unfortunately, aside from the foot bed, they're falling apart. The cork sole was separating on one side from the foot bed and the cork appeared to be degraded where it connected with the rest of the shoe. The sole is super cheap and thin as well. Zappos needs to deal with the manufacturer as I'm not the only one to complain about the shoddy quality of some of the shoes. I'm only giving one star despite the cute old lady style and the great foot bed. They'd likely last less than a month.
