Loved the look and feel of this shoe, but it doesn't have any support. I had purchased the shoe in both black and brown for work as thought it would be perfect for 10 hr days in the hospital, but without the support it's not practical. Too bad, because they are a beautifully made and attractive shoe!

I have a pair of these is suede which are perfect (color was discontinued). These are much too tight. Sigh, I loved those shoes...

I'm a mom of a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old, working as a lab scientist, and was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable and stylish for the summer. These were my favorite out of the box- no rub points, they seemed like they'd go with most things, and I hoped that with the hefty price tag for a pair of flats that thy might last through 1 or two seasons of moderate wear. My coworkers compliment everything, but these never got a compliment, so I can imagine they aren't really as cute as I hoped. Nonetheless, I've worn them to work most days because they can be worn with or without socks comfortably. They don't hurt to wear, but I have been noticing some foot fatigue during my (mostly sitting) workday, not enough to discontinue wear though. Worse, they already look like an old pair of shoes- the threading is coming undone (only in one shoe though- it may be a defect?) and the navy blue color has already faded to a murky swamp blue-grey (not attractive). Maybe a different color or a different pair would look better after a few weeks of regular wear. Any suggestions to return the leather to looking nice? Pros: comfortable out of box stays on foot without effort can wear all day Cons: causes some foot fatigue ages (looks old) incredibly quickly expensive Overall: I'll be wearing them this summer because I can't afford to throw out a expensive pair of shoes, but I wouldn't buy them next year.

I normally wear an 8M but I do not have a wide foot, so I ordered a 7.5 per the other reviewers' recommendations. My toe pushes right up to the end, but I can tell if I ordered a size 8 they would be flopping around. So bummed, I really wanted to love these! I don't understand why they have such an odd fit.

These are nice, casual shoes. But after wearing them for almost a month, I find that they have stretched almost too wide to wear. Unfortunately, too late to return them.

Love my paniolos in a size 8 as the arch support is superior. I ordered a 7 1/2 & 8 to see what might work best. I would typically wear a 7 1/2 in just about everything else. Neither pair fit. 8 was way too long/wide. 7. 1/2 was slightly more narrow but still too long. Back they went unfortunately and I've ordered a 7. The leather is butter soft and they are cute and feel comfortable. I want to make sure that what i keep doesn't stretch out too much. Keeping my fingers crossed for the 7's! Need some super comfy shoes for my trip to Israel.

My Nubucks arrived in one day! They look great; however, they smelled like arugula! Seriously, a super-strong odor. I called the help line and could not be more pleased. The worker ordered me a second pair (they are on back order) and told me to keep the smelly shoes until the others arrive (I have to keep them in our garage because the smell is so strong). For my inconvenience, she offered a gift card toward my next Zappos purchase. I LOVE this website. This is the first time I have had a problem with one of their items.
