Only had the boots for 1 year! I have been wearing work boots for years and have bought "cheaper" brand boots and have never had this problem before with the toe box threads coming undone

The first pair I ever bought felt great right out of the box. These seemed ok at first so I wore them to work. They Killed my feet ! So I thought they just needed broke in , they never broke. So I contacted them on the chat. They sent me an email asking for all my info , I replied .I tried again with the customer service email . I have NEVER heard back from them. So don't put any faith in there comfort guarantee !
