All day use at the farm. need the anti-fatigue "cushion" to be built in and not in the top insole. I have to use a special insole so this style does not work for me. On-line Description of boots needs to clarify better what type anti-fatigue "cushion" the boot has.

Boots feel like you have gym shoes on, only thing is they're a little loose fitting but still comfortable.

I use these in Landscape construction and Maintenance. Lots of walking, the waterproofing was great, The leather wore out on the sides and tore at the seam to the sole, But only after two year's. I loved these boots, and that's why I back looking for a new, or even better pair.

I work in the wind industry and do blade repair, sometimes in a plataform or doing work in ropes. And many times ladder climbing. So let me tell you with what boots I can compare this ones, I used many years while I was young Dr. Martens, but made in England, those boots where comfortable and durable, I did some mountain with them, not recomended, some rope work and when I used the step for the ascender it hur, his boots lasted for 10 years, now dr. Martens made in USA last like one year and start to fall apart, , and the other ones where river those where a little uncomfortable and they slip in oil. Now this are my first Timberland boots and they have last me until now one half year, I have painted, climb ladders, use them for ascending and they are really comfortable, I dont know if I got more tired or not with the technology, but they are very bulky so use a lot of room in the work bag. But they look cool also, many colleges ask for them, I got them in discount and they have paid off. I havent got hit in the foot so I dont know how well the protection works, but when I have trip or kick somethig they have protect me well, I havent slip even if the sole is contaminated with glue. So if you want to try them I would recommend this boot.

Being an aircraft mechanic it's hard to find flexible comfortable work boots that aren't cumbersome. I find these work boots to be very flexible and comfortable, my only complaint is they seem to be slightly wide.

Nice boots but not tough enough for my job as a welder. I got a pair that had a defect but the awesome people at Zappo's were great as always. They are the best of the best.

ordered boots on wed. evening 10 Jan. got boots wed evening 17 Jan. the other boot orders for the same boot didn't come UPS and were 3 days big difference. these boots seem to be small for the size. I have another pair of timberland boots that I really like to wear. how ever the tread is narrow and brings all the little rocks into the house. these should not do that I hope.

I wear these boots 6 days a week, 50+ hours in a scrap yard. So far they have held up pretty well. The first pair I got they ripped in a week but were replaced without question. 6 months later they have held up, great sole..the front toe part is lifting slightly but it shouldn't be a problem.

Great boot, though it fits about one shoe size to small for me. Ordered a 13 Wide but feel I should have opted for the 14 wide. The boot is comfortable with enough space. Can be a bit hot but that is probably due to the waterproof feature of the boot.

When I first put them on I thought I would have to send them back, my feet were very uncomfortable. but now that I have worn them for roughly 12 days they feel great! I haven't been in water yet to see about the water proof part. so at this time the only issue I have with them is that they are a little warm for wearing inside. The look great as well.

I wanted a good hiking boot that provides support yet is waterproof and warm. The boots broke in easily with thick socks. My only criticism was the mesh at the top collar of the boot frayed from where it was seamed into the collar. I feel this is a factory manufacturing error and was pleased that my local shoe store immediately took the boots back under warranty after one week. I eagerly await my new replacement pair. Buying from a local vendor may cost a bit more, but one cannot beat the personal relationship whereby the merchant stands behind and supports the product and ultimately, his customer!. Support your local merchants whenever possible.

I am on my feet all day walking on concrete. I have had them for over a year. They last and my feet still don't hurt at the end of the day. I have not had a problem with any part of this boot up to this point. I do plan on buying another pare when these are worn out.

I build hydro high voltage sub stations. Terrible ground surface. Pacific north west, so in 40c this summer and heavy rain this fall. I am at risk of athlete's foot so this boot being light, breathable and tough looking stood out. I also prefer textiles over leather as in motorbiking a superior product over leather can be produced.
The boot has been fine as I watched my co workers boots slowly blew apart (leather and very popular brands). In general unfortunately, boots last six months here.
I just noticed a crack of failure in the inseam plastic/rubber. I'm trying a expanding glue. This problem affects the waterproofing which in these downpours is important.
I like these boots and hope you guys to keep improving on the durability of the boot.

Great boot after a month of wear in a power plant. Lighter than the last pair of safety boots I had, plenty of support and comfort. I usually wear size 11 but the 10.5 fit me better in this boot. Easy to lace and they have improved the upper eyelet connection so the laces don't catch at the eyelet-to-boot joint. Overall very satisfied and happy with purchase of this boot.

Bought two pair - had to send one back as they were too narrow for my son. My husband solved the problem by going up a half size larger. The toe is still a little too narrow for real comfort, but we simply couldn't find all the features that this boot offers. Lightweight safety toe, shock hazard, good arch support & overall comfort.

I usually get Dr. Marten steel toe, but after reading the review of the Timberland Pro, I was sold. It took 3 days to get them. I like that they are light and I can be on my feet non stop for 8 to 9 hours before my feet feeling fatigue. The first 5 days the upper inside edge on both boots irritated my joint on my big toes. Guess this is the break-in period. Overall I like these boots. Purchased in April 2014.
