I love them overall being that I work in retail, comfort is everything. They are very very comfortable almost like orthopedic shoes, but they make my feet sweat like crazy! There is no ventilation whatsoever.

These are my favorite casual shoes. As a busy mom, I'm running these shoes into the ground! I use them for walking, exercise, running errands. I like that they have a bit of style while still providing a lot of support. I can just slip them on without socks and they still feel cool on my feet. Love these.

I love these shoes. I wear them almost every day. They are amazingly comfortable and can be worn dressy or casual. They even held up on a short hike when plans changed and I didn't have sneakers or hiking boots! I just wish they came in more colors, because these are very close to the perfect shoe!!!

Nice looking shoe. Width fits well-no gaping...toe area just a bit short for my 11" foot. It presses down on my toe and is the only area that is uncomfortable. Otherwise great shoe.

It's hard to find a nice looking shoe if, like me, you need a shoe with practically no heel and thick soles. This is such a shoe.

Love these shoes. The support is great. I love the extra sheen with the color. Dresses them up so they are much more than a tennis shoe. Can wear with my suits when I travel and still look professional.

I really like these. I have a narrow foot so these work nicely for me. The toe box is narrower than most medium width shoes. They are very comfortable.

I have not worn the shoes outside. I like the look and they feel very good on my feet. My feet are narrow and I must use insoles to help with the fit on all my shoes.

These shoes were so comfortable from the moment I first put them on, that I could wear them every day. I can't remember when I've purchased such a comfy but stylish pair of shoes!

This is the first pair of shoes that really fit I have found in many, many years. My feet are slender, low volume with a flexible high arch and no natural cushion. I ordered this shoe in a 9AA and find it is comfortable, easy on and off. The inside has just enough padding for comfort. It is soft enough leather not to bother a bunion joint. It looks very nice and is a great neutral color. I'm so grateful to find a shoe I can actually wear and walk in. Thank you, Zappos.

I took these shoes to Spain and they were perfect for all the walking we did. They are really cute and I got complements on them and offer great support and I'm very pleased with this little shoe!

Loved the shoe and the quality. Unfortunately the 7.5 was a little too short. I knew an 8 would be too loose in the heel. So disappointed in the fit.

The padded cushioning in the footbed seemed to take up the comfort room inside the shoe. I'm not sure whether or not a half-size larger or a Medium instead of Narrow (which I am in all my shoes) would have been better. It's good looking for a casual-comfort shoe.

Color alert: These shoes are not black. They are mainly black with shiny iridescent swirls of many colors on top of the black. The photo does not accurately capture the colors, which are quite visible. Might be fun to some, but if you were ordering a black shoe, you will be disappointed, as I was. Back they go!

The appearance is great - good for smart casual, but there is not enough room in the toe and the shoe was more narrow than a medium would indicate. Even a half size larger than my usual size was too short. I am wondering about ordering a full size larger, but am concerned that then my heels would slip. I really wanted these shoes. Alas, they have to go back.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I love the looks of the shoe; however, the heel is too shallow, causing them to slip up and down on my heel. I tried them over a period of several days with different sock - no change. I'm very sad to have to return them.

Dissapointed to have to return these shoes because of the improper fit. They are too short, too tight in the toe box and make your feet tired just wearing them.

Super cute shoe, but super small! I'm normally an 8. But due to reviews order an 8.5 re width. I'm reordering a 9 wide now. They are so adorable I'm trying this again! Hope this helps. Oh - they seem to have a little arch support, not a lot, but some.

I loved these shoes but they were too small. I normally wear size 9 1/2 or 10. These were so small I ordered am 11. I hope they will fit because they look really special.
