I have been buying ECCO shoes for 20+ years and have been generally very happy with them. However I am very unhappy that now this and all their Track series shoes (according to ECCO) are now made in their factory in China. This shoe looks good in pictures but up close it looks and feels far cheaper than my previous Track 4 and 5. I strongly object to paying a premium price for a substandard Chinese made product, and I will not buy any more ECCO shoes that are made in China. If you want a cheaply made Chinese shoe there are many far cheaper options out there.
