My 9 year old son loves these shoes. They wear well go well with his school uni as well jeans. Easy to care for and the darker color hides stains.

Good fit. Really comfortable and easy to get on/off. Our 7-year-old has barely taken them off since we gave them to him. Great non-sneaker alternative.

As an adult woman with small (5 to 5 1/2) but rather wide feet, I wear these mocs in a Youth size 4 1/2, which are a perfect fit. Not only do I save money by ordering the kids' size, but the mocs are wonderfully comfortable, durable, warm, and offer good traction for Chicago's winter weather. A quick swipe with a suede brush restores the nap easily to keep them looking good. I love these shoes, and will definitely reorder to keep a back-up pair handy.

Great shoe! These run a bit big -- my son can wear a 3.5 in other shoes, but has room in the 3 with these. High comfort, slip-on ease, and quality.

I switchced from our normal brand to Merrells when the quality of the brand we always wore went downhill. I loved my Merrells so much I got these for my 3 year old. I printed the sizing chart from Merrell's website. When I had my little guy step on the paper it showed he should be wearing a size 8. He's a 9 XW in New Balance sneakers and a 9 in the widest width in Clarks shoes. He's always needed a wide width not because his feet are chubby but because his instep is high. I got him a size 10 in these and they fit perfectly. He can also get them on and off by himself with no problems. You can just tell that the quality of these is great. I have no doubt he'll outgrow them before he wears them out. I question the arch support because when I press with my hand it doesn't seem like there is any but the bottom definitely feels very cushiony. And I discovered they have the exact same shoe in adults! I am so getting them!

I have been buying these shoes for my boys for many years. They are easy to slip on and stays on comfortably. Unlike other shoes, these shoes do not require much "breaking in" time as they are pretty comfortable to wear (even with regular athletic socks) and sometimes can be substituted for sneakers in a pinch. These shoes look great with both casual and formal attire. I bought them in both black and brown.

Great shoes -- wanted a navy blue that I had bought years ago but could only find the color in a youth size. Luck had it that the youth size equal a women's size 8. Fit great.

Love these shoes...so easy to put on, good grip on bottom, all weather (not waterproof) but warm for winter.

These Merrells are great for my seven year old son. They are nice looking quality shoes at a Zappos price. Never any questions from Zappos when I have had to return or exchange shoes. These are a little narrow and my son has wide feet so half a size larger then usual worked great. Zappos does it right!

These shoes are fantastic. I have worn Merrell Jungle Mocs myself for years now and found them the most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever worn. I recently bought a pair of these for each of my children - an eight year old boy and a ten year old girl. They both love these shoes as well. They find them comfortable and have worry them almost exclusively every day since getting them. I highly recommend these shoes. My son has a wide foot and even though these only come in medium width,he finds them perfectly comfortable to wear. The free shipping option from Zappos makes these shoes perfect to try for growing feet. I am glad I gave it a try. I will buy these shoes again when my children need a larger size. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

My son is now on his 3rd pair for school. Have tried alternatives from other major brands, more expensive ones as well (just to get some variation) but they all go back to Zappos until these arrive in the mail. In practise they look smart without being boring, are easy to clean, virtually indestructable and are worn until too small or the little patch at the toe starts to let go. Great shoe, happy kid.

My boy loves these shoes. They are perfect for school and a little dressy for church. Not too fussy but nice enough. He also really loves not having to deal with shoe laces.

These are great and comfy shoes! I'm a woman with extra wide feet, so I ordered a boy's size for the greater width, and they are perfect!

I work at a nursery (plants) and I run around all day on concrete and asphalt. I have to have shoes with good support and that keep my feet dry. I do wear out shoe soles quickly. I have been wearing these for about a month. They are great. The jury is still out as to how long the soles will last.

We buy a pair of these each winter. They are easy on/off so my kids (2 and up) can put them on themselves. They are incredibly durable and fit both my kids' feet well (one has skinny, narrow, flat feet; the other has chubby, wider feet).

Merrell makes a great, rugged shoe that can be (kind of) dressed up or kept casual. My son wears them to school and loves them. He can run without them flipping off his feet or causing blisters, and he thinks they have the "best traction" for tag. We've never been disappointed with our Merrells!

Great kids shoe - my daughters are both very hard on shoes, lots of running, jumping, climbing and these mocs have been their school shoe choice for 5 years in a row! Now they are 9 & 10 and they still love them. My only caution is that they can run up to one size too large so I usually order 2 sizes and send one back. I highly recommend these shoes!

Great shoes! I bought these for my sons to wear to school. They wear uniforms and need to wear brown or black shoes. These are perfect! Easy to put on and versatile!

These shoes are great quality, comfort and fit. Thy are also very durable, as we have purchased two pair a year for several years. They are required by my son's private school. Since everyone has to have them, prices are high and selection is always a problem in my area. I can rarely find his size and have ended up paying more than what Zappos charges for them. That's what makes Zappos so incredible. From Zappos, I was able to order and receive the next day several different sizes, then send back the ones that didn't fit. I received them the next day, and, the price was the lowest anywhere around! The Merrell Kids Jungle Moc 2 were the first pair of shoes I purchased from Zappos. Since then, I have purchased many shoes and have had the same great experience. This is the first time I have ever given a product review and I did so because the product and my purchase experience so great.
