The size are true first size 7 they too big; so I exchange them for 6.5 and they are bigger then the 7.

Always purchase the same o es for work. This pair the right is bigger than the left and the quality is no longer there. I will purchase another type of shoe for work going g further.

It took a few tries to find the right size. While my son is now wearing size 2 sneakers, it turns out that the 1.5 size of these shoes fit best. He doesn't like that the toe area has a stiff covering. Hopefully that will soften a little over time.

the blue color is bolder than I expected. Also the elastic doesn't hug her foot as I wish would. They clunk as she walks. But they look to be a good school shoe for many months. Thanks for the good service.

Shoes are not the correct size at least one size too big ,no return address or phone number on package.

My son loves these, chooses them over other shoes and hikes miles in them. I don't think I'm going to buy them again though because they wear out in about six months. I expect that even being worn hard, as 5 year olds do, shoes should last longer than that.

this shoe is GIANT. had to guess which size would actually fit - unfortunately merrell only offers 1 exchange free of charge so i'm stuck with a giant, ill-fitting shoe.

In less than two months of wear the elastic bands at the sides have started to fray and lose their elasticity. As a result the shoes keep coming off his feet as he walks. He really liked the shoes when I got them - said they were comfortable and liked that they are slip-ons. The rest of the shoes are in good shape but he can't wear them if they are falling off his feet. I'm planning to call customer service this week.
