These flip-flops are great. But after a week of wearing the leather seems stretched so they flop or flip more then they used to. Do not open any beer with them unless you want a huge mess. Other then that these are a great pair of Reef flip-flops and if you have ever owned a pair before then you will surly love these.

I still have a pair of these in black for about 6 years now. They finally wore down on me in the last 9 month. The right strap is held together by gorilla tape and gorilla glue. I wish they would make another pair in ******black only*****. I still wear my sandals. It's hard to let it go. I've worn these on several hiking trips. Yes, I hiked in these. I've gone camping with these. Hiked through several volcanoes in Hawaii. Ventured onto small island around Florida. Shoveled snow during the winters in the New England. Ran across city traffic in these. Shot guns with these. Also, survived 4 years of college and it's escapades. Yes, my Draftsmen has been a huge part of my life in the past 6 years. It's trekked on many surfaces and protected my feet from broken beer bottles, coral, sharp lava rocks, hot brass, ice and snow, and wasps. I'll retire these only if they make the Draftsmen in all black again or if I cant repair them anymore. Random: If I do retire them, I'll make a commemorative plaque with pictures of my adventures and my sandals mounted to it.

I am a long time Reef wearer. I am thrifty, but will gladly pay top dollar for a GOOD pair of flip flops since I live in Florida. I easily get 5-10 years out of these with heavy wear.

These sandals were the best choice I could have made for this summer's pair. They support my feet well and fit them nicely. The bottle opener on bottom is a great conversation piece as well. I have tried different brands but always come back to Reef for their durability and comfort.

Right out of the packaging it was a great fit with very little break-in needed. Just a few hours into wearing these and I felt like I'd been in them all summer. I really like the bed of the sandal and how they feel on my feet. I've worn these all day long and have walked several miles in them without any issues. I alternate between these, a couple of pairs of Olukai and just recently a pair of Sanuk sandals - and these keep finding their way back on my feet.

Broke them in with 2 weeks of hard core sun, sand, water exposure in the US Virgin Islands, and they broke in within days, quickest break in of any flip flop I've ever owned. No issues with water exposure as another reviewer mentioned, holding up perfectly. Bottle opener worked perfectly as described. Only things to be aware of is with sun exposure they did get bleached in color, and took on a much lighter brown color than pictured, almost a tan. As I already had a dark brown flip flop this was perfect for me, but they really look like a light tan color now (think Rainbows-type color) than the brown pictured after only 2 weeks. Just something to be aware of.
