These shoes are comfortable and attractive, and they're great for long walks. Be aware that they seem to run a little small. I had to order these shoes a full size larger than I usual wear.

Great soft neutral running shoe. Very light as well. I have fairly flat feet, so I can't address the issue of arch support.

Well-cushioned but still supportive. These are my first Lunarlon shoes and it took a minute to get used to the feel, but now I love them. By the way, the "Midnight Grey" model looks pretty dark on screen, but it's much more grey than black.

Much lighter than prior Lunarglides, but comfort and support remain strong. Would recommend to everyone, whether it be running/training/casual wear.

Great shoe! Very comfortable, lots of support. Runs a little small, so buy 1/2 size big. Worth the money.

Just got these to replace my 4 year old running shoes since I started getting wicked shin splints. Out of the box I could feel they were a bit bouncier and had great support. Went for a run today and had a little bit of pain for the first quarter mile, and then once a little blood started flowing, it went away immediately. Much better than my old pair, where my splints would be unbearable after 2 miles. I highly recommend them for someone looking for a pair of running shoes that needs a good amount of support and stability. My only complaint is that my feet got extremely hot out there. You'd think that with the upper being all mesh the ventilation would be a bit better, but that didnt seem to be the case for me. I loosened them up a bit and they were fine, and warm feet are no reason not to get them. A word of caution though, the orange ones are SO ORANGE. They're like dayglo. I thought it was awesome and love it, but it may not be your style.

I get a lot of compliments on my volt 4's. Noticeably lighter and more breathable than the 3's. Great bounce for such a light shoe.

This was my first higher-end Nike running shoe. I picked these up at Dicks on sale in the Navy blue colorway. I got pretty much what I paid for. I have probably run 20-25 miles in these and they still feel good. The heel support tends to become much less supportive over time as my friends told me and it appears to be that way with mine as well. Easily fixed with a new insole. They tend to make a lot of noise when running and when running down large hills can fatigue your feet, but that is to be expected with any running shoe within this price range. The sale price is a great price for these in my opinion and I don't think that you should hesitate to pick these up if you are a casual runner.

These were a good buy! I will purchase them again. I felt they were a little narrow and tight but they are very comfortable and provide good support during my run.

All in all a pretty good Nike, but with the predicable spate of Nike problems that always surface a couple of hours into wear. With this pair it was squeaks and a hot spot. The squeaks came a couple of hours into wear and emanated from both heels; the hot spot was on the left shoe where the heel reinforcement met the beginning of the arch. Another nit to pick was the laces -- instantly rolled/twirled. As for what was praiseworthy, I found the +4's to be perfectly, simply styled, and amazingly lightweight. Lunarlon may be Nike's best midsole material ever, the Volt/Barely Volt/Reflective Silver color combo was/is simply fantastic, and eye catching, and the quality of materials seems par for the course on Nike's of this price point.

I really like this shoe. I use it for long walks and when I need to be on my feet a lot, like when I'm coaching soccer. It's very light and comfortable, and has pretty good support for my over-pronation. I feel like it could be a bit more breathable, even though this is not the shield version which supposedly is even less breathable. I would recommend this shoe to anyone needing a comfortable sneaker for long periods of wear.

I use this shoe as a dedicated running shoe. I've got about a 100 miles on mine now and they are by far my favorites. I've used a few shoes and find these the most comfortable for road running around. Great cushion for long runs, it feels bottomless. Very good support for running my foot never feels fatigued after a long run. The weight on these are ridiculously light! Much lighter than my Pegasus and only my Free-Runs are lighter. But the free run have less support and cushion than these. My only issue with these are durability. The tread on these are wearing fast. Quicker than any of my other running shoes so I try to use these for long distance runs and keep the shorter runs for my other shoes. Still I would buy these again in heartbeat fix the durability issues with the tread and it's the perfect running shoe.

I'm a big guy and I started back running while in Afghanistan. I used Nike Free because I like the natural feel. Came home and didn't have my shoes because they were being shipped back with the rest of my things. I bought these and love them. The support and cushioning are superb. The only thing I hate is the pad on the Achilles - it was annoying at first but got used to it. Overall love these shoes and want to buy two more pair to rotate out.

I thought it shoe was a little smaller than I expected when it arrived but hoped that it would just stretch out after a couple runs. Alas, it stays the size that it comes in. But that also means that you should order half a size bigger than you'd otherwise get if you're switching over from say, Sketchers.

I went from the Nike Free to this pair and it's a huge difference in terms of stability. These shoes are very comfortable and allow you to run for longer without any foot problems. I would say that a negative is that these shoes are very loud when I run and I feel like I slap the ground.

I love this shoe. It looks and feels great. I don't work out in this shoe as it doesn't offer a lot of support.

If you're looking for a comfortable cushioned shoe for longer runs this is it. I've been wearing mostly lightweight shoes (frees, flexes, dual fusions) and can say that the Lunar cushioning really does blow them all away. You can really feel the difference after a few miles. These shoes are very supportive and great if you're looking for a cushioned ride.

I purchased these shoes for casual and light gym use. Like most Nikes, these shoes are not great for running/training. They look good and are comfortable. If you have flat feet do not buy these shoes for running/training. These shoes provide minimal support.

I've had the shoe about 3 weeks- pretty good. Was running in Brooks Ghost 4s, but wanted to try something else that had more color options-- Nike Lunarglide+4 gave me that. I had researched some, and this model of Nike were supposed to be pretty similar in support/function as the Ghost 4. The heel feels super different, it hugs the heel so much more, haven't had issues, just had to get used to the feel. I ordered larger size because I always order my running shoes at least a size bigger and that's what I was told to do when I've been fitted at a specialty store.

Very comfortable shoe. Very bright shoe. I was expecting more of a true orange; however, it is pretty close to neon orange.

The Lunarglide 4 has a bit more bulk in the heel cushion and below the inner arch than the 3s. Also, gravel tends to get stuck between the treads of the forefoot from time to time. However, other than that it feels almost the same as its predecessor. I run high school XC and was able to switch from my old 3's into 4's without my feet or legs going through any pain. Very good shoe.

Beautiful shoe but as other reviews stated, they did run small. I would recommend ordering at least a half size up if not a full size.
