I am IN LOVE with these shoes! They're a tad bit too big, but it's nothing a heel support can't fix. The leather is gorgeous and super soft, the heel is the perfect height...I could go on and on. I have a feeling I'm going to have these lovers forever...and that I'm going to be stocking up on more Frye shoes very soon!

It's the pump equivalent of a Frye boot! It is stylish, but not trendy, sturdy, and well-made, even though it is made in China. The leather requires breaking in, but once it is, it is comfortable. The leather stands up to a good polishing and weatherproofing treatment. I'm sure these will last a long time. And that is exactly the same thing I would say of my Frye boots (except for the made in China part).

Great shoe, immediately comfortable and did not require any "break in" period. Still adjusting to the height of the heel as it feels a bit lower than I would typically expect with this height of a heel - but still love the shoe.

I really love Frye, so I really want to love these, but I'm on the fence because the sizing is really odd. I'm usually a 7. I tried the 7s (two different pairs), and they were on the tight side (not enough room in front of my toes, and giving me foot muffin top on the side which I now know is a thing! I have bony feet, that's just how tight the shoes are). I also tried the 7.5s and they were huge! I couldn't keep them from falling off my feet as I walked. The craziest part is that it's my right foot that has the worst muffin top in the 7 and is also by far the loosest in the 7.5. So the 7 fits like a 6.5 and the 7.5 fits like an 8. Plus I have to echo what someone else mentioned - there is a bit of stitching on the inside of the heel area that might be irritating over the course of a day until you've really broken them in (it was on all 3 pairs). On the positive side, they do seem really well made, very cute for a low heel, and there is good padding in the sole. I'm debating whether to keep the 7s and pray they stretch out - but they might not, because they do feel so well made.

Beautiful soft full grain leather. The shoe doesn't hurt at all but it doesn't cover enough of my foot. I think I would walk right out of it. It runs long by a half size.

Leather was lovely and the color rich. However, the vamp was too low, showing toe cleavage and had a little '80s feel. Heel comfortable. Close, but not quite right for me.

These are beautiful shoes with great styling and comfort. But they were half a size too large for me, and they do not make a size 5. So I sadly had to return them.

Attractive shoe, with cute heel, wonderful fit and comfort. I need a heal insert to keep my heel from slipping, but this is not uncommon for me.

Absolutely beautiful but they don't fit my foot shape. I'm a 9 usually and I have a wide foot. My Frye boots are all 8.5. The other reviews said to size down and that's correct. The 8.5 was still too long, with a 1/2 " gap at the heel, but the toe box was too narrow for me.

These are very lovely, comfortable and well constructed shoes. I got them to wear to work and they are perfect. The width and size were spot on and the footbed is comfy. I have a bunch of Fryes and I love them. The color is a little more subdued than in the picture on the red but very rich and classy. I will definitely buy another pair in another color.

I'm a very loyal Frye wearer. So, I was disappointed when I ordered my seventh pair of Frye heels only to find that my regular size 7.5 was huge on me. Frye's sizing used to be very consistent. It's a shame.

I ordered these shoes in the cognac soft vintage as an alternative to my usual black. Zappos, as always, shipped immediately and my shoes arrived in 2 days. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the shoes. The color is amazing - and will go with everything. They are stylish, comfortable, a slightly roomy toe box that doesn't make your feet look too large. The heel cone heel is very stylish and is the perfect height for walking and at the office. They fit immediately out of the box, no breaking in needed. For the price it's an amazing value.

Very cute triangle toe and solid heel. These are very comfortable shoes, and go well with pants or skirts. I love 'em!

Based on other reviews, I bought a size 6 when I always wear a 6.5. The 6 fits great. Sturdy, well-built, slightly on the chunky side for a pump - which I love. I got the dark brown and it's a rich, deep color.

The color on these bad boys is utterly stunning. When I pulled them out of the box, my guy whistled. Shall I say more? They are comfortable, mind a potential pinch in the front for those of you that regularly wear flats and have reasonably spread out tootsies. All in all - an incredible win.

Bought these in Spice and love the color. First ordered a 9, but I walked right out of it, so I returned that pair and got an 8 1/2. Now they stay on but unfortunately the toes pinch. I really love the style and heel height, if it were not for the toes they would be perfect. I am keeping them and going to try to stretch them a bit. They don't need to be wider, as it is the tops of the toes that rub. Hopefully I'll be able to rectify this problem. My next buy will be Frye Maggie Wingtips.

I first bought these in my usual size, 9. Way too big. Felt like a little girl playing dress up in her mother's shoes. Reordered in a size 8-1/2. I no longer slipped out, but the toe area was too narrow and pinched my toes together. Also, the two little screws at the bottom of each shoe, at the ball of the foot, were lose and came out while I walked around my house. Finally, why do shoe manufacturers use what feels like fishing line as a medium to sew with? The fishing line snagged the hose I was wearing on both shoes at the ankle area with these shoes. Bad quality for the price.

These were beautiful shoes, and I was encouraged by the reviews to get them -- I was looking for a comfortable pump to wear at work (I work in a very formal office setting). But the shoes were too tight in the toebox and very loose at the heel. I have an average 6M foot, and usually have no problems finding shoes that fit, but these absolutely didn't work. Lately I've gotten a little corn on my pinkie toe, and these shoes rubbed it painfully. So I had to return them, which made me very sad. I've always wanted a pair of Frye boots or shoes.

I love this shoe! After reading the reviews, I decided to spend way more money than I normally would and buy one pair of black heels that would work for everything. I bought them a size smaller than normal, following suggestions from other reviewers. When I first tried them on they felt perfect and so comfortable. They look cool without trying too hard or being to vulnerable to the "perceived obsolescence" of the fashionista world. Then I wore them to work...ugh. They quickly became really uncomfortable. I've had to learn to walk a bit differently in order to keep them on. I'm counting on them molding to my feet as I continue to wear them in - as any good Frye boot would. Here's hoping! I still love them, but am far less enthusiastic than I'd like to be.

I wear between an 8 and 8½. A couple of reviews stated that the shoes run large, so I ordered an 8. They arrived today in the burnt red (beautiful color). They were very uncomfortable in the toe area - very pinchy. Also major toe cleavage. They are going back.

A little disappointed. So, the shoes are cute, but after a few weeks, they are still not comfortable. And there's a little too much "toe cleavage," which I personally find unattractive. I really wanted to like them because they are Fryes, so I wore them, and now I can't return them. Ok, so, more than a little disappointed. :(

My feet kept slipping out of these shoes. I had to return them. This was my first bad experience with the Frye brand.

This looked so cute on line I was willing to go over my usual $125 limit - but I was disappointed. Shoe was both uncomfortable and dowdy looking. Back it goes!

I originally ordered these in a 6 (my normal size) and they were too big so I sent them back for a 5½ hoping that they would work. They still slip off the heel, I have tried to wear them a few times and added a cushion to the back the same result. Sadly, these shoes did not work with high arched feet. The color is beautiful and I really like the style.

I've had it with trying to find a Frye style that fits. I'm a 7 1/2 period. I tried boots in a 7 1/2 that my foot drowned in. I tried the Phoebe pump in a 7 that I couldn't begin to get my foot in. I honestly don't think they were 7s but as a size wasn't on the shoe, I could only go by the box. So I tried the Regina in a 7 1/2 because it was available. Although undeniably a stylistically beautiful shoe, the length was too big, even with inserts, and the toe too narrow. I also thought the shoe was too shallow, which exacerbated the bad fit. For how expensive these are, the fit quality is horrible.
