Very nice Boat Shoe for hubby (early Fathers' Day Gift). This was definitely a step up from the normal boat shoe. This had extra padding & it was a deluxe model plus he loved them. At first hesitate but once he tried it on, it was a Hit! He will get lots of use of these through out the summer months and beyond. Very happy with purchase!

Most comfortable Boat Shoes ever! They are more expensive, but they are very very very comfy. However, not sure if that justifies the huge price difference.

I grew up wearing the old mocs that were harder to break in and the soles would turn yellow. They were uncomfortable to me because of the leather stiffness. When I saw these I had to pause for a second. That's alot of money for a pair of boat shoes! But then I went ahead and clicked on the order button. These things were so soft and it was unnecessary to break them in. They were already very comfortable. The foot bed is extremely soft and after a year it still conforms to my foot and hasn't flattened. The leather is still supple and scuffs wipe off without much effort. The soles are soft and I don't feel alot of bumps or things under them. These are my go to shoes, especially in the summer along with the Topsiders I own. Even though they cost more than the standard shoe, I am glad I bought them because I can see me wearing these for a long time.

Best topsiders I've ever owned! Comfortable from day one, no break-in necessary. I've owned probably 30 pairs of topsiders over the years and these are the best hands down, definitely worth the little bit of extra money over the non-gold cup shoes.

Very comfortable except the left footbed arch support was cut short and rides up into the arch, not comfortable. Right shoe was fine.

This is my 4th pair of Top-Sider Gold and I could not be happier with another casual dress shoe. This is my go to shoe for the office. It is a little pricey but excellent quality and a great fit.

Worth the money! Buy this Gold Cup instead of the standard top sider. Longer lasting with superior comfort. I've had a pair that's lasted 8 years of hard wear.

These are definitely a worthy upgrade over the authentic originals. If you order the A/O and these and compare side by side the difference is very noticeable. These make the leather on the A/O feel like cardboard. The leather is buttery smooth with zero-break in time. The deerskin lined footbed has noticeably more cushioning and more arch support. In this case, don't mistake more arch support for substantial arch support, because the A/O sets a low bar to beat with what I consider no arch support. I ordered these thinking I wouldn't be able to justify the nearly doubled price, but in the end I couldn't bring myself to return them. Great shoes.

I've had several pairs of Top-siders in the past, but these are even better. Definitely worth the extra cost. They're comfy out of the box and look great.

Envision your feet wrapped in the softest, warmest pillows ever. That's what wearing these Gold Cup shoes is like. They are incredibly comfortable and I'll only buy GCs from here out. Zappos service was stellar, as always.

Buy this shoe if you can afford it. While it looks just like the regular 2-Eyes, the leather quality is a HUGE step up. Straight butter. Take note on the size! For what it's worth, I'm a solid 12 in almost every shoe but I had to size up to a 13 for these, as my toes were at the very front of the 12.

Handsome shoes, my husband lives in these all summer. He tells me that they also are extremely comfortable, that it feels like a sneaker on his foot. Well made, they go with everything and they hold up well against heavy wear.

This is a great shoe. I bought a pair several years ago and they lasted a long time and were very comfortable from day one. I tried another pair a couple of years ago and they seemed to be poorly made and were not comfortable like the original pair I bought. Finally they seem to have come back with the comfort of the original Gold shoes. They do cost more and if you are willing to spend the extra bucks it is well worth it.

As always the item was delivered on time. The size was accurate and the Gold leather is much softer that the standard Sperry. No break-in is required. This is a great deck shoe. Dress up or down.
