Love these shoes. They are light and comfortable. I wear them for Turbo Kick, and they work great. It's hard to find shoes good for the side to side movement, and jumping, but these do the trick. Although they are a "running shoe" they work well for cross training, jumping, and doing groupX classes.

This shoe has an absolutely amazing feel as soon as you lace up, and feels great on the road too. I have a more narrow foot and tend to run in Nike or Adidas- Sauconys usually feel sloppy around the arch and forefoot and do not work for me. I tried these on someone's suggestion and am so happy I did! I've put about 22 miles on so far and they feel great. I have a lot of problems with pain at the ball of my foot, and I think the zero drop of this shoe has really helped me to run pain free so far.

I first got professionally fitted at a running store (which I highly recommend). The store only had these Sauconys in white so I'm so glad Zappos had them in this stellar color! I love the minimalist feel and wider toe box. A+ and 100% satisfied!

The Kinvara 3 seems a bit narrower/tighter than the 2 in the toe box. I have a narrow heel so I like the high back and padding, less "squirreling" around but I think you need to wear a bit higher sock as it could rub or cut some people.

These are great shoes! I wear them every morning and run four miles with no soreness or rubbing on my ankles which I always have with less expensive shoes. Nice high arch support, and the are very light and airy. The most modern trendy looking running shoes I could find.

I have been a Saucony fan for years and these shoes do not disappoint! They have great support, yet they're so lightweight it's almost like I'm not wearing shoes at all.

I loved these the minute I put them on. They are light, comfortable and they are "orthotic friendly". Very roomy in the toe box, which is usually a problem for me.

These shoes are so cool! Everyone comments on them! But more to the point they are comfortable and extremely light-weight. They are my workout shoes of choice.

I have worn all types of running/walking/training shoes. I've been partial to Saucony for fit for decades. This is (hands down) the most comfortable, perfect fit, light shoe I have ever found. I just bought 2 more pair.

I get so many compliments on these shoes because of the way they look, but I also love the way they feel. They are extremely comfortable, and they weigh next to nothing!

I first saw this pair of shoes at a Mall and fell in love with the colors (white/pink/citron) so I went home and looked it up on Zappos! After reading the reviews I ordered half a size up just like I do with Nike. Wow, this shoe is so lightweight so comfy but with great support! I don't think I will ever wear anything else again! I use it at the gym and this is definitely a show stopper. Got so many compliments!

Love Saucony. I own about 30 pairs (speed walk 10 miles a day/7 days a week). The original Kinvara are fabulous, I own 8 pairs of those, hated the Kinvara 2's...these are the Kinvara 3, and they are a very nice shoes, comfy, great support and don't rub anywhere. They also feel to be constructed better. The original Kinvara 1's, I had to take the left shoe of each pair into the shoe maker, to have a hole patched, where one of my toes rubbed through the mesh, these Kinvara 3's appear to have a stronger mesh so I don't think I will have to do repairs. I have worn Saucony since 1992, I also own Nike, Reebok, Brooks, etc., but I always come back to Saucony. Overall just the best shoe for extreme walking, jogging or running.

Great running shoe. Most reviews for the Kinvara's say to order 1 full size up. I didn't find that. With my running shoes, I normally order 1/2 size up from my everyday shoe and that works perfectly for me with this shoe. Love it & the color too!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are lightweight, look good, and feel great. I first ordered them a size up becuase I have a slightly wide forefoot and read the three reviews that recommended going up even a size and a half. I went up a full size but they were way too long. When I reordered, I did not know if I should go up half a size. I ended up ordering what I always wear and they fit perfectly; just like all my other Saucony shoes have, plus Avia, Reebok, and Asics, so I do not think the sizing is off at all.

Great lightweight running shoe - more narrow than the Nike Free Run and lighter but they are louder when you hit the ground running. Love the look and the color is fantastic. Look forward to many miles ahead although I've been warned they do not last as long as other sneakers.

Great shoe; it's roomier than I expected. So lightweight. Ugly as can be, but it's a great shoe, and I bought it on sale! It's not a shoe for the heel striker...it's great for the mid-foot striker who likes a little cushion between foot and pavement.

I loved this shoe but had to return it because the heel support sits higher than other shoes and rubs the back of my ankle. On the bright side I also bought the Ryka "equation" and they are awesome!

I loved my Kinvara 2's so I tried the Kinvara 3's. I have high arches and a neutral gait and these shoes give me enough arch support and cushioning. I run only about 12 miles a week and the occasional 5k. They are extremely comfortable (as were my previous K2's) and lightweight. In the fashion department - these are very cute shoes. So a win-win!

These shoes are very bright. I love the colors. They were not comfortable at first, but once they were worn a few times they are better. They need breaking in.

Love my sneakers! As other reviews said, the back of the sneaker is a little higher on the Kinvara3, so you do need to wear a higher sock. My feet feel like heaven after wearing these.

These are great. I got the aqua and orange color ones a few days ago and have gone running in them a few times already. They are super light and comfortable. My only complaint is that one of the shoes already developed a tiny hole in the plastic part of the toe (but not all the way through). I would not normally complain, but I thought I should since I just got them and didn't want the hole to get worse. Also, I have been happily buying Saucony shoes for years, so I figured this was just a fluke. Zappos is great. They are already shipping me a replacement pair and did not even ask me to return the original pair. Amazing customer service.

I usually run in Inov-8 (0 heel drop, very minimal) but I thought that I might need some more substance to my sneakers for over 13 mile runs. I think these shoes are fine. I ran a half marathon with no problem, but I find the arch supports a bit stiff. I loved the colors but these shoes seem to have a bit more style than substance. They are probably great for people who run in more supportive shoes, but not for a minimal runner. I will probably get another pair of Inov-8 before my next marathon. They are great colors, and have relatively light, bouncy soles, and a roomy toe box. However they do have firm arches.

I run in Newtons, and bought the Kinvara 3 for just casual wear. Very comfortable and true to size. The only thing that is not great is that the back part of the shoe is very soft/flexible, and it gives way when I'm trying to put my foot in. I have to keep my finger behind my heel, and kind of work to get my foot in the shoe, even though the fit is great once my foot is in. The flexibility is probably a good feature for running, however.

This is my second pair of Progrid Kinvara. I used my last pair for about 6 months. My weekly mileage is not much, abt 15 miles, but I do use the shoes for cross training and classes in the gym. They are extremely light and quite comfortable whether running on the pavement or working out in the comfort of the gym. They are quite durable. I love the variety of colors. I used to have issues with blisters with my old pair of shoes, which is gone with these. I usually wear a 6.5, but I bought a size 8 since my feet do expand quite a bit with running. But I did not really need to break into these. Maybe a couple days of running to get adjusted.

I am a 10, but I bought this shoe in a 10.5 based on reviews. Good move. The 10.5 is long enough for me, but pretty narrow through the toe box with a snug fitting heel. The edge of the heel cup is soft and does not cut my ankle. There is ample cushioning, and the sole is very lightweight, but they push my feet to the outside a bit. The fabric is extremely thin so I am not sure how they will hold up to daily wear and tear and are not for cold weather. They also do not feel as supportive as my older running shoes. Because they basically fit and are in neon colors that I like, I am hoping they will loosen up and I can wear them just for fun.
