The day I received it my daughter opened it and put all her school supplies in it. I hope that it holds up longer than any others she has had in the past. Thank you. She was excited.

Many good reviews and I agree because this bag offers many colors and holds what is needed for a workday and trip to the gym. I generally keep a pop, deodorant, lock, magazine and small snacks in here with plenty of room. I sometimes carry a heavy bike lock in the main compartment also. I find the shoulder straps to be more than adequate even if they look flimsy. My only gripe is the main zipper getting stuck in the material too often, a surprise for this brand.

Nice looking bag. My binders fit so I guess it is big enough. Wish it had more pockets. Great for someone who hates book bags like me.

This is a small, simple and nice backpack but does not seem sturdy enough for everyday use. I bought it for my college student but I am returning it, because he needs something that can take a lot of abuse. Thanks!

Had some trouble with a broken zipper, but Zappos was amazing and sent a new one ridiculously fast. Super friendly and accommodating customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this bag for my 6th grade daughter and she loves it! I chose the Pink Tulip, it looks even better than it seemed on amazon.com. There is a fair amount of pockets and compartments on the front. The only dislike I have is that I thought this was a bigger bag. I expected the main compartment to be more spacious. I will say though that I didn't pay attention to the stated dimensions before I bought it. I will keep the bag because she really loves it and if she will carry a lot of books this year then she also has a backup roller bag from last school year.

This bag is so great. Although a couple of reviews say this bag is good for someone who does not carry many books/supplies at school, I am able to fit three 1" binders, four of my thick five subject spiral notebooks, as well as a few folders and my pencil case! The only downside is that although all of my supplies fit snugly in the backpack, the straps do not give very comfortable support.

The bag is in NEON green rather than light green it shows on the website. It is a study bag and can fit most of my stuff.

I bought this backpack for my middle school student. It fits her personality to a "t" but I fear the backpack is a little thin and wonder how long it will hold up to the weight of her text books.

My 6th grade daughter picked it out, she seems happy with it. Not a lot of pockets or heavy duty. But works for books and lunch.

My daughter loves it. I am a little concerned about how clean it will stay throughout the year, but a great backpack nonetheless.

Well made but maybe not as sturdy as I remember Jansport bags to be. Nice size for a kid - not big and not heavy.

Love the design and it's the perfect size for smaller people. The straps are plain foam and they might not be comfortable with a lot of weight or extended use. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have a 15.6" laptop and it fits inside easily -- even with a case on it. It has a simple organizer in the small pocket for my pencils and planner, which is awesome. I wish this backpack had a dedicated laptop sleeve but it's still a great buy.

I really love the tie dye, and I ordered this because I loved the way it looked. I ordered in blinded blue hippy. I received my item today and I have got to say, I am a tad disappointed. I expected it to be blue, hence the name, and only have a little bit of the green dye in there. Well, it has the blue, but the bag is 75% green. I mean, it is not bad and I will use it regardless. With tie dye it is hard to replicate certain aspects, but I would have been a lot happier were the bag to come with as much blue as the photo. If there is going to be so much green, the name should probably be something like "blinded earthy hippy" because these are definitely more of Earth colors than blue.Other than that, I am stoked to use this item. Just do not expect the dyes to be as evened out as the photo if you order tie dye.

I cancelled the order for this backpack after I found out from Zappo’s that it has no inside pockets. It should have at least one. Most backpacks do.

We were looking for a backpack that met three criteria for my middle-schooler: maximum volume, comfort while carrying a full backpack, and style. This backpack can hold more than you would expect, which is a plus. Style-wise, it's very basic, though well-made. Comfort is low: the straps are padded, but there's no padding on the back. We did not keep, though it may work for others.

Everything is good, but it is just too small for high school and university. Perfect backpack for middle school. Bought the Jansport Big Student, much more roomy than the Superbreak.

Stylish but minimal. Hard to keep things organized. I need place for water bottle.

I wish I'd realized this was a vinyl type material, not the usual cloth. It's a decent bag, but very crinkly and cheap feeling. Very different from the other Jansport backpacks I've purchased in the past.

Well, we read too many of the reviews saying that this backpack was large enough for most students. My fourth grader was disappointed at the size. Granted, she is a book worm, but this bag is not big. We went for the Air Cure by Jansport. I hope it comes in big enough.

My daughter spilt yoghurt on the backpack during lunch and decided to wash it when she got home. During the wash, one of the straps tore off and there were holes in it. It almost looks as if the fabric melted in the wash.

These are pretty terrible.The only reason we keep buying them is because our teen insists on having the same model and color every year. We are on the third Jansport this year. The first one broke at the zippers and before that it had gotten stuck soo many times that my son cut the extra fabric off to try and remedy the issue. Be bought a second one when the first finally stopped working. After just two or three weeks the second backpack met the same fate. At that point I called Zappos and they were amazing as always. They replaced the backpack. Best customer service and fastest shipping ever.

This backpack did not last one day. Zipper broke. My son was very upset. He couldn't wait to get a Jansport. Disappointing.
