I bought this for my daughter. She carries a lot of books and was having increased shoulder pain. As a primary care provider, I am aware of the importance of a good fitting and supportive backpack. She is having less pain----with definitely no less books!

I am so glad I have it and it is such good quality. It is lightweight and I will be able to use it for travel and school.

I love that as a college student I can put a number amount of books in it and it won't feel like a have a ton of books. It even feels really lightweight at times, where I have to check it to make sure I didn't leave anything.

I love it and will never purchase any other name brand but The North Face Also lifetime warranty The zipper broke on one of mine and I plan on taking it back to the store to be repaired.

Bought this for my daughter for nursing school. It is just what she wanted/needed for this phase of her life

I use this backpack for work and work travel. It safely secures my laptop and has lots of room for everything else I need on my daily commute. I also use it for plane travel. It fits nicely under the seat. The pack is comfortable and well-organized. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My 10 year old purchased this with her own birthday money, because her 16 year old babysitter has one just like it. Her babysitter has had her for years now and it still looks brand new!! My daughter loves her backpack, it is roomy, holds all her big folders and books. And the color is wonderful, with the rose gold like zippers!! Great BUY!!

This backpack is great! Holds my heavy textbooks, and I love that it has a separate laptop compartment. It is very sturdy and has many different pockets! The only complaint is that it doesn't sit upright when on the floor, but all the other great features makes it worth it. I love the colors of the one I bought (RABBIT GREY/ASPHALT GREY) and it looks exactly the same in person as it does online. This is by far the best backpack I have ever had!

So many people have this backpack and I finally understand why! I always wondered what was so good about it and I bought it sort of impulsively but I love it. The compartments are really spacious, the burden on my shoulders is really eased, and there is a lot of space for everything you need. I would say that it can be a little awkward to get used to at first but after adjusting the straps and moving some stuff around it is a perfect fit!

Great backpack for everyday but especially for travel. Super sturdy with a ton of pockets. A plus!!!

I use this backpack every day to hold my laptop and endless papers since I am a teacher. The backpack has such great support and padding. The three zipper compartments to the backpack make it easy to keep everything organized.

I love the backpack, it is juat as advertised. Although it is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. That is the only downside to it, I wish it was a little smaller. Otherwise the colors and design is great, it has many compartments and is very practical. It also has a computer protection pad, which is great. Five stars on all points, only downside is it is too big. I use mine for college

Buying this backpack was the best decision I have made. I have some back pain and usually backpacks make it so much worse. This bag was so much more comfortable I can carry my laptop and text books with no pain. I am in college so I don't carry to many books since I only have 3 classes a day but i have no problem fitting textbooks in my bag. I usually can carry my laptop, and an inch thick textbooks and 2 notebooks with some room to spare.

I have to walk all across campus and this backpack has completely alleviated my back pain compared to other bags I've used!

I'm a college student and was looking for a big enough bookbag for all my books. I'm on campus all day so I also bring snacks with me. I wanted someone big but still cute and I found it with North Face.

I walk to Class everyday and before my old backpack caused major back pain, but this North Face back pack outside very Comfortable, doesn't cause any pain and is very roomy and has many compartments

Honestly better than my pink bag I play tennis and my racket and extra clothes fit in my bag also my shoes for tennis.
