USE FR TRAVEL AND SCHOOL

This backpack was purchased less than 5 months ago. It already has rips in both cup holders, the borealis embroided word is coming undone. There is not a lot of room and in order to make the backpack not fold in, I have to stuff books in there, which adds a lot of weight, it also doesn't stand up alone. These same problems have occurred with about 5 of my other friends. I do not recommend this backpack, it was a waste of money.

I use this backpack for college and for traveling. I love how accessible all of my items are and how there are so many pockets. Sometimes it can get heavy, but the comfort and flex vent of the straps and back portion of the backpack make it easy and comfortable to carry on my back. I love how durable it is and how practical and functional it is as well.

I absolutely love this backpack, before I bought it I had the "Jester" backpack by The North Face however as I am now a sophomore in college and I have to carry many textbooks and my laptop to school every day I decided to buy the Borealis backpack and It is the best decision I made! I plan on gifting my boyfriend one for Christmas! I also plan to use this backpack for hikes as well. Its very comfy and can fit many things!

Our daughter needed a backpack for middle school. She needed a backpack that could handle binders and books. This is her second North Face backpack. We will buy another one !

This specific backpack was recommended to me for my HighSchool daughter who is experiencing back pain due to ridiculously heavy backpack she has to lug around. Her physical therapist said the hip strap will help off load some of the weight from her back. My daughter and I are excited to see if this backpack helps with the back pain.

I have bought 3 of these backpacks as gifts and all 3 recipients are over the moon with them. One recipient has had theirs for over 2 years and it still looks brand new and it works fabulously! I wouldn't buy any other backpack for my kids or as gifts.

I use this product for school. It is very comfortable and the material is high quality. The design is modern and appealing to the eye while the bag itself remains quite practical in everyday life.

Great backpack, good padding against the back, sufficient space, lots of pockets, good quality fabric, reinforced stitching... will be great for all the school books my daughter has to carry!

I use this mostly for school, carrying books and laptops to and fro. While it works great for that purpose, the design makes it ideal for carrying heavier loads further distances. You hardly feel the weight distribution which makes it very comfortable. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and am excited to see how durable it remains.

Pros: This book bag is very sleek, stylish, and feels light on my back. The color of the zippers are more of a rose gold but that is ok. My laptop and work documents fit snuggly in the designated sleeves. Cons: It's small in comparison to other book bags and every time I try to sit it up, it falls over. The design is very stiff. I would recommend this bag to someone who travels light.
