I was looking for a new backpack for daily use and travel. I wanted something that would have plenty of room but not be too bulky. This was perfect! It's quite durable with plenty of compartments and I'm so glad this has a separate pocket for your laptop - makes it easier at the airport instead of opening the whole backpack. The compartments go quite deep. The organizer compartment is fantastic - the only thing is that this compartment only goes about halfway. I wish it did go all the way down, but it still has plenty of space. Overall, absolutely love this backpack and would highly recommend!

I am a high school student with a lot of home work. This backpack has the right amount of pockets and spaces for all my work. It is very comfortable and it was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.

I use this backpack for school purposes and being in graduate school I have A LOT of books to carry around. I love that this backpack has a pouch to keep my laptop separate from all of my books. It has enough room for me to hold books for my classes as well as anything I would need to teach my lab. The small pocket on the front is great for chapstick, tissues, hand sanitizer, etc. Perfect back pack for everything I like to keep on hand.

I really like this backpack it works really well for what I need it for. It's also really nice that North Face has a lifetime warranty because if there is any issue it gets all sorted out.

I love this backpack! As a college student and commuter to campus! This backpack is perfect to hold snacks for the day, my laptop, and plenty of room still left for my notebooks and textbooks! It's not too tight in space so you are able to get what you want out of it without tearing up any of your books or anything else. I love the separate area for my laptop, it saves space so I don't have to have my laptop sleeve and I can just directly put it in my bag. The only con is the compartment for supplies doesn't zip all the way down and it's more of guess where to put stuff. But other than that I would not ever get another type of backpack because this genuinely is the best one!!

I use this backpack for school supplies and something that is great about is that it has a lot of room that I didn't expect.

I've gotten this backpack twice and will get a third when the time comes. I'm a college student and it's perfect for my laptop and my notebooks! I feel it's a smaller bag which has its ups and downs. It keeps me from packing too much stuff, but it is also hard for me to fit my lunch and workout clothing for my long days.

Great backpack.

I have had my bag for almost 5 years and it is still in almost perfect condition. I have used it as my personal school bag and have taken it all over the world. It has traveled with me from Germany to Costa Rica, and tested in every weather condition. It is the most convenient, multipurpose bag I have ever had, and I will absolutely be buying another one when this one wears out.

Ive had this backpack for four years and its amazing! The flex vent design is super comfy so when theres a lot of weight in your bag, its still very comfortable! There are many pockets for storing random stuff. The mesh bottle pocket got ripped on mine but that is the only thing wrong. Otherwise the bag is 100% worth the price!

Love the bag and how durable it is!! They last so long for my kids I'm school!!

Had a north-face backpack all throughout high-school thats still in great condition but wanted a new colorway and style for college and I love it! Style, comfort, and practical I can fit my laptop and all books overall great backpack!

Bought this backpack during my junior year in university. My laptop is wider than most so I really struggled finding the perfect fit and the Borealis has exactly what I was looking for! My laptop fits perfectly and so do all the books required for class. I love the look and design with all the compartments for a water bottle or an umbrella. You can truly make this YOUR backpack! I recommend this product ten fold!

Super comfortable back support, which enables you to carry a heavy load all day and have less back pain than other backpacks. Great for your shoulders as well. There is enough room for laptop, 4-5 notes books (240 pages), pencil pouch, your lunch, two water bottles, and other small items in the smaller pockets. It is super waterproof, as it rains 80% where I live. Absolutely, nothing gets wet inside. It is super durable and resists wear and tear.

I bought this backpack for college and it works perfect if you are carrying around a laptop. Definitely will last longer then the typical backpack and I will be using it for the rest of college and for any trips I go on!!

I am a current college student with a ton of heavy books and a laptop. One of the best things about this bag is the laptop pocket is so well padded even when my bag is full of things I know my laptop is safe. The zippers on this bag are literally made of some indestructible material...even when I struggle to zip this bag because it's so full the zippers handle it no problem. The part that goes against my back is super padded, as well as the shoulder straps. This is the sturdiest bag EVER. 100% worth the money I recommend this bag to everyone.

This is my third north face backpack that i've used since middle school. I am now in college and it's still the best bag i've ever invested in. Wouldn't trade it for anything else!
