Love it for my travel so, I have everything in one place and no need to carry handbag anymore.

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and she has used it whenever and however she can. If she is headed out to study, or heading to work, it doesn't matter as she gets great usage out of it!

Bought this for my sister who's about to start college because I was gifted the same one when I started college (2014) and it's STILL holding up, we love it!

only reason i'm giving it 1 star is because it doesn't let me give 0. it came fine, after one year both pockets ripped, and the zipper in the computer pocket come unattached to the fabric. didn't return immediately, but everything got worse, and just did so. DO NOT BUY THIS, BUY THE ONE WITH CLOTH ON THE POCKETS!!!

I received this as a gift for Christmas from my family (I did choose it based on reviews online) and it looks lovely and I have just used it for the first time on a trip and within 5 minutes my shoulders were sore and walking through the Airport I ended up having to take it off and carry the backpack it was so uncomfortable. The actual inside sizing/pockets etc was the perfect fit for a carry on bag with kids for snacks, iPad etc but I won't be using it again. It is also extremely annoying that is doesn't stand up right even when I leant it against a wall it seems to slide down flat unless perfectly placed and propped up. I have tried to reach out to the chat to speak to someone but haven't been able to get through just chat to the robot

My granddaughter will be a freshman this Fall. It is a graduation gift. I read the reviews and loved the women sized backpack. She wanted black and it looks very durable.

This bag is the absolute best!! Most of my family members have one and telling friends to get one!!!!

Bought this as a carryon for our plane trip. Very roomy and I packed everything I needed! Can't wait to use it for our National Park adventures in the next year!

Love this backpack!

My middle school daughter uses this for school. I have no idea why she has to carry so many heavy books, but this backpack fits them all and distributes the weight well on her shoulders. She constantly had a backache with her old backpack. This one has been a huge improvement. And it's very durable.

I liked the backpack, but it's too top heavy. It constantly falls on it's face and it drives me crazy! Even when I try to lean it on stuff it tips forward. I typically don't have that much stuff it it. Also the waterbottle pockets have worn out. Comfy though.

Bought this bag in 8th grade and I'm now going into my junior year. Has held up very well. My only complaint is that the pockets are starting to rip but I carry a 40 oz hydro flask so I understand why they're ripping. All in all, I LOVE IT!

I loved this backpack. It can hold everything inside. But both of my outside mesh pockets have huge holes in them. I only carry my 32 oz water bottle. For the cost it should have better pockets.

I use this as my school backpack. It is the perfect backpack as it is able to carry all by books as well as lunch. Perfect for carrying around a campus! I would 100% recommend this backpack to anyone looking for a new backpack for school. It is an attractive backpack with plenty of room. I carry my MacBook and iPad in the back, books in the middle, and personal items in the smaller pocket. LOVE THIS BAG!

My kid has to take PC to school. This bag is good for the use because compartment for PC is prapared and sturdy. And my daughter likes this design and color ver much. Weight is a little heavy for kid to hike.

Love this for work. I can carry small tools, office supplies, laptop and a couple water bottles. I bought this to carry everything I need for the office and when working outside the office with vehicle management tasks.

Strap tore after less than a month of use. Never had more than a laptop, charger, 2 notebooks, and some pens in it, walking around a college campus. Terrible quality, especially for a product so expensive. Don't waste your money on North Face if you care about longevity.
