I absolutely love this backpack! Not only is it super lightweight but its big enough to fit everything I need and doesn't look too bulky. I also love the pouch for my laptop. Very good backpack. I love it!

My daughter loves this bag. Not to big, not too small. All of her friends have it in school. It holds alot and is very strong. The color is great. Will last a long time. It doesn't hurt her shoulders with the heavy books.

I love it! The color was awesome (bright pink / eggplant. It holds all my stuff and feels great when I carry it.

I love this backpack! This is my first north face backpack and I couldn't have gotten a better one. It has plenty of space without being bulky, and it fits my 15.6in toshiba laptop snugly. I love the colors and it's really comfortable on my shoulders

The Borealis Women's backpack is excellent for the price. It fits my body perfectly and holds all my books, keeping my 13' Macbook Pro safe at the same time. I would definitely recommend this product to high school and college students.

I'm absolutely in love with my borealis backpack. I have tried both Vera Bradley's laptop backpack/Jansport's big student backpack before buying my north face and neither of them met my needs. The Vera Bradley one was too small to carry everything I needed for my classes, especially on my long days due to being a commuter so I bought the jansport one. The jansport was simply too large and had unnecessary space, not to mention it was uncomfortable to lug around. This borealis backpack is the perfect fit! It's structured, yet large enough to carry everything I need. The straps are very comfortable and the laptop sleeve inside of it fits my mac retina 13 inch perfectly. The back of the backpack has padding on it, so I'm not worried about setting my backpack down and my laptop getting damaged. I have also gotten my backpack completely wet due to rain but it handled it very well and nothing inside my backpack was damaged! It was worth paying a bit more for this one than the jester and I definitely recommend it

I love The North Face. Their products have never let me down or disappointed me. This company has always exceeded my expectations. Buuuut, I'm always a nervous-nelly when it comes to buying things online but this product did not disappoint me. It arrived faster than expecting and it was everything I was hoping it would do and more. I wasn't expecting the colors to be as vivid as they are but I have come to love it just as much. Thank you North Face for helping my college experience start off so swell!! Get this product. You won't regret it (:

I love this backpack! I test drove it on an Amtrak trip prior to going to Europe and it exceeded my expectations. The best is the elastic cording...great for securing a rolled up jacket for easy access!

I bought this pack for my 16 year old daughter who is going on an adventure in Costa Rica this summer. It has a very dense padded back because it really is designed as a school backpack where you'd carry your laptop inside of that extra padding. If you don't want that feature, I'd suggest you not order this. It is really not so much a day pack for hiking and such, but more of a school bag for the computer-carrying student. It is awfully cute, and not too huge, which was what my daughter requested as many packs are enormous. I thought the features of it/ color styling (charcoal/with aqua straps) was cute and seems well made. Alas, I'm returning it because of the padded feature which makes it heavier and not as functional for her purposes. Zappos has the best customer service - returns are super simple.

When our backpack arrived we were happy to find that it was bright in color and exactly what we had hoped for. My older daughter had the same model that we ordered last fall and she was happy with how it stood up this past year. I highly recommend the women's Borealis backpack.

I recieved this back pack and fell in love with the color, support, and comfort. It holds all my college books and binders. The support and comfort in the backpack help me from walking back and forth to class and carrying a lot of books. There is such much room inside and I love the compartments it has to offer. The straps and back side of the backpack are soft like memory foam but yet they have such great support when carrying a lot of books. This backpack is perfect all around.

I purchased this for my niece to begin college. She absolutely loves it. All of the compartments make for organized storage, and her smaller frame works well with this backpack. She also loves the outside pocket for her water bottle and feels as though her laptop is secure inside the padded pocket.

When I got this bag in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised with the sturdy back that it has. The colors also look gorgeous!! I'm going on an overnight hiking trip (we're sleeping indoors) next weekend and I think this bag will be perfect.

This backpack is the best bag I've ever gotten!! I should have gotten this bag months ago!! I got the one that is black with green and pink and the bag looks exactly as depicted in the picture on the site. I can't believe how much I can fit in this bag without the bag looking bulky. I always hated the look of looking like a turtle with previous backpacks that I've had in the past but this backpack always remains small and compact. My laptop slides in perfectly into the laptop compartment. Stylish, lots of room, compact, and good for your back. This bag will last a very long time and I rate it 5 stars!!

I love the color and the padding on it. It's great on my back and perfect for my iPad. The padding on the bottom of the laptop holder is great when you put it on the ground so your comp/ipad won't get damaged. Love it
