I love this backpack and I'm so glad I upgraded. I love all the small compartments and the big compartment is perfect size.

I ordered ZINC GREY HEATHER/POWDER BLUE, thinking from the picture that parts of the backpack are slightly black, and others are grey. It came in the mail and it is all grey. Don't let the pictures fool you, its grey, not black at all. So as long as you're okay with a grey and blue backpack you're good. I was just very disappointed to find that the picture did not reflect the product at all (except with the blue) still over all nice backpack for school though.

This backpack has plenty of room for all of my daughter's books. She loves it!

This backpack is amazing! I love using it when I travel and for school because I can always rely on its durability and comfort. I recently used it when traveling across the country and it fit all of my needs of room, durability, and comfort.

Currently I'm just using the backpack for school, and there is more than enough room for all my supplies and books. It's also very comfortable to wear even with three heavy textbooks in it. I would recommend this backpack to anyone and everyone.

I used this back pack for a recent trip that involves hiking and it was great.

We bought this backpack for my daughter for college. It is the perfect solution for carrying laptop and books while walking all over campus. Her high school backpack was also a North Face and the durability was outstanding, so we logically purchased another for her next four years.

We purchased the WOMEN'S BOREALIS BACKPACK for our daughter who is starting High School. Given the various items that she must carry, we wanted a reliable Backpack that would hold up for the entire year, but also provide all of the features that she needed for school. Given that she is unable to frequent her locker during the day, it's imperative that she has a comfortable Backpack like the Borealis.

Great space for Mac Book and notebooks for 7th grade. My daughter's last TNF bookbag she's used since 2nd grade. The new one is perfect for middle school and high school. She loves it!

We spent the extra money this year and purchased Northface backpacks as last year we had to buy new backpacks three times! Let's hope this one holds up!

i needed a backpack i could use for my final year at university as well as after i graduate. i was looking for something that would double as a commuting backpack for my laptop and work items as well as a hiking pack. this pack checked off everything on the list. It even has a section for your laptop that is completely separate from the main compartment of the bag.

i just recieved my backpack in the mail and it appears that there is no laptop sleeve? it's listed that there is a fleece lined sleeve in the main pocket by mine is bare?

IT WAS USED FOR SCHOOL.

This was the first year my teenage daughter wanted to move to a North Face backpack to handle the load of her freshman year of high school. We were both in love with the Borealis BLACK HEATHER/BURNT CORAL METALLIC design! She has continued to rave about the amount of storage and smart design. She even commented how comfortable the backpack is when filled to the top with all of her school gear. This is our first North Face backpack purchase/investment and we couldn't be more pleased and anticipate years of great wear and reliability!!
