I needed a good, sturdy bag for school and I think I chose the right brand. There's a lot of pockets so that will help me stay organized. Also it's super cute!

I bought this product for school. It had a lot of room for my laptop and all my books as well as organization for my little items. It has a wonderful fit and very comfortable. 10/10 would buy again.

I purchased this backpack as I was about to start to start my first year of law school and so far it has been great. I can load it up with my heavy case books without feeling discomfort and back pain. I also love how all the compartments are easily accessible so i can easily get whatever i need out of the bag even when it id filled to the brim! I think this backpack is really a lifesaver for anyone who needs to carry heavy things around, whether they are nature lovers or students like me!

This backpack is awesome! This is the second North Face backpack I have bought and loved both of them! They are so durable and have tons of different pockets and storage compartments! Totally recommend it!

Great quality product, nice comfortable padding. A little small for putting lots of spirals and binders in for school but overall great product. Highly adjustable to fit pretty much any body type. Pretty designs and will also use this for travel as well as school. Good for short hikes and a carry-on for the plane.

I've used a northface backpack for about 15 years now. I've had the Jester, Recon, and Borealis. Decided to purchase a new backpack for nursing school because I loved the new colors. Upon receiving my new Recon, the colors were just as pictured online. The back padding however was super stiff and the backpack will NOT stand even when holding 20 pounds inside. (Dealbreaker) I am very disappointed in the new design of the northface backpacks. I will have to search for a new brand, sadly.

Best padding available. Makes 20lbs of books feel a lot lighter. Fits 17" laptop no problem. Color is great.

I love this backpack! This is great for school and casual adventures! I can pack everything I need for two hikers and a dog in this backpack! It holds everything I need for an day entire day spent at school and I don't have to carry a separate purse for other things! Everything fits and I can get to what I need in seconds! The zippers are a little stiff when you first get it but they will get easier to open and close the more you use it. Well worth the money!

I bought this for my freshman year of college, and so far I love it! It takes a while to get it perfect comfort wise because there are many options of comfort adjustability, but once you get it right for you it's amazing!

I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter to use in school this fall. She had seen it in a store and loved the size, comfort, and the COLOR! I hesitated to pay the price for a sixth grade backpack, but when I received it, I was so pleased with how sturdy, roomy, and yet attractive it is. I fell in love with the color too and surprised her with a fleece jacket to match! I think when school starts, she will be the most pracatical fashionista in her class!

I was SO disappointed in this backpack! The pack is supposed to be 31L, but I highly doubt it. There's certainly not 31L of usable space. That stupid non-removable and inflexible back stiffener board not only hampers pack capacity, but makes it impossible for you to sit your pack upright. The front of your backpack (part away from the back straps) will get constant wear and tear on the floor when your pack tips over. All. The. Time. I am a teacher (not an option in the choices given), and I was hoping to use this pack for work, but there is NO way it's big enough for: wallet, pen pouch, lunch, planner, EDC organizer, glasses, notebook, sweater, e-reader, keys, girl things pouch, water bottle, coffee mug--by now I would have to be leaving one or more of those things out. And if you have one or more things in the organizer pocket, the space of the back pocket is cut down even more. ALSO! Any backpack over $50 should REALLY have strap keepers!! Also, the bag is HEAVY on its own. I could not be more disappointed, and I wish I could get my money back. (The backpack is durable, and the double water bottle pockets are very nice, as is the front stretchy pocket. But with as little as it holds, and the constant tipping over, it makes this bag almost unusable. :(

It a very high quality backpack and fits very nicely in my locker. This backpack has very good pocket for pens pencils and other little items. I would highly recommend it because of the outside pocket it fits books planners and anything else you wouldn't want in your backpack. I will definitely buy this again. The grey is a bit darker then it is online almost closer to black but I was very pleased with the grey almost black.

I love the color. Not too trendy but still cute and looks great. I like the women's cut and how it fits on my small figure. It's roomy but not bulky.

Very excited about this bag! I own the Borealis backpack and it has held up great but I was unhappy with how compact it is for the purpose of a school bag, so this bag is better suited for my spacial needs. I love the front pocket as well as the straps I feel that they are less restrictive when zipping and unzipping the bag. The second pocket is less restricted than my current bag because there isn't the wire in the front. I'd say my only concern is the straps which the way they are attached seems faulty like they may rip at some point, I think the straps on the borealis bag I own is sturdier and well constructed. All in all the north face backpacks overall are durable and reliable so I would recommend.
