Very warm and very comfortable, these boots are my favorites of the season. The boot feels lightweight and flexible. They are nothing like the clunky boots but practical boots I usually wear. I love these boots.

I am a dog walker in southeast Wisconsin. Our weather is rather unpredictable and we face many different walking conditions from one day...total ice and below zero temps, to heavy rain and 54 degrees (with lots of puddles, salt and muddy mushy terrain) the next. I love these boots! At first I thought I may need to exchange them for a half size larger, but now that I have worn them for a few weeks, I am happy I kept them. Comfort, support and flexibility with out any of the heavier, bulkier boot. My feet have stayed toasty in the extreme cold and heavy snow to dry in the mushy wet and puddle laden terrain (with only one layer of socks). I also love how they clean up from the mud and salt. I originally wanted black but was out of stock so I settled for the cordovan. This is a really nice color more toward brown with not a lot of red tones which I have seen in this color before. I just hope I can find a summer walking shoe I love as much as these boots!

THESE BOOTS ARE AWESOME. I bought them for a winter trip to NYC, and they held up amazingly. I have flat feet, live in warm weather, and don't walk much. For my trip, I knew I'd be walking hours and hours a day in freezing cold weather, so I was worried. These boots were a lifesaver. First, my toes never got cold, despite the 14 degree weather. They're warm. Seriously warm. Secondly, they have removable insoles. I was able to put in my own inserts, which is a big plus for me. Third, they have great ankle support while still being super light and flexible. I walked for HOURS in these things and never got a blister or sore feet (although I did have a slight lower back ache eventually, but that's not the shoes' fault). All in all, they're lightweight, mildly waterproof (worked fine in the snow), and amazingly warm and comfy. If I could give six stars, I would.

Super warm! The Omni Heat lining (think baked potato!) reflects your body heat - toasty warm in 12 degree weather. Very lightweight. The laces are easy to loosen and tighten, they slide off and on quickly. Not crazy about the gray fur on the black boots, so I trimmed it to 1/4 inch to reveal a nice solid black fur. Ordered 1/2 size up from my usual size, but it's not necessary to wear thick socks to work up a good warmth. Soft interior, they feel more like slippers than boots, but the tread on the bottom has a good grip in snow. Best snow boots ever.

Awesome boot! Unbelievably comfortable. So lightweight yet toasty warm! Great color (not as shiny as in photo) super fast delivery from Zappos. Ordered yesterday and received my boots today! I wear a size 10 in all other shoes, however after reading other reviews I bought an 11. They fit my narrow foot perfectly with a light sock. I wouldn't be able to wear a thick sock but I doubt that I'd ever need one. These boots are so warm.

I love these boots. They are warm and as stylish looking as you can get for winter boots. The comfort level is excellent and they fit well - exact to size for me. I am happy with this purchase.

I am very excited about this boot! It is just what I have been looking for. Warm, not clunky, easy to get on and off, tall (ish) good support, I can move my ankle (don't feel like I have boxcars on my feet) and I like the little fluff of fur at the tops. They run a bit small. I take 8.5 a lot of the time, sometimes 9. In this, I needed a 9 and they are still a bit snug. I don't mind, though because they really move with me. they are very warm! I have not tested how water proof they are yet.

I was looking for a casual, stylish waterproof boot that would keep my perpetually-cold feet warm and dry through a Cleveland winter. These are perfect. I usually wear a 10, and that's what I ordered. They do fit snugly (as other reviewers have mentioned), but they are very comfortable on me; if you prefer a fit with more wiggle room, order a half-size bigger. Two thumbs up!

Love these boots! Extremely warm and wonderful gel-type insert but is also easily interchangeable with own inserts (orthotics). They are true to their size and not at all narrow. Wore them in extreme cold and wind (in Canada) and my feet were the warmest part of my body. Hope to see Zappos shipping to Canada in the near future. Great customer service.

These boots performed excellently on their first run. They're warm, waterproof and most importantly to me, I can feel the ground (not too clunky), they're flexible and have good traction. And they're pretty cute as far as snow boots go.

Love this boot! I've been out walking in 6 inches of snow, ice, dirt, and had no problems. I also haven't had any problems with my foot bunion in these boots. I normally wear a 7-71/2 and listened to the other reviews and ordered a 8 which I have never worn before but which fits perfect with the thicker winter socks I wear. The temperature has been down to 5 degrees out and my feet have stayed warm. The bottom is cushy and comfortable. Try it!

I have poor circulation in my feet and so my feet are always cold. I've tried numerous brands/types of winter/snow boots but all seemed to be uncomfortable, bulky, and heavy. When I received these boots, I felt sure they couldn't possibly work well as they are light, cute, and super flexible. I took them with me on my recent skiing vacation and my toes remained warm and toasty! Best of all, many folks remarked on how cute they thought my boots were! I bought a full size larger than normal based on the reviews here... they fit great with my SmartWool socks.

Trust the reviews that say to order 1/2 size up. In my normal size, 7.5B, my toes were just shy of the tip of the boots & the molded heel was too fitted to be comfortable walking for long. The sz 8 was perfect. These are so light and comfortable. The laces are stretchy and can be left loose for easy on/off without having to re-tie them every wearing. The stitching up the heel is rough, so socks are a must until the heel softens up. The black is a nice rich satiny nylon, no the shiney look in the photo. The faux fur looks like rabbit. Too bad so little of it shows at the top of the boot. The fur extends 3+ inches along the shaft. The footbed comes out easily. I replaced mine with an Orthaheel 'activity' orthotic which gives the soles more support and cushioning for walking on rougher terrain. Overall these are really cute and stylish.

Just received these for Christmas and wore them yesterday sledding in 20 degree weather. My feet stayed warm but I did have thick wool socks on. Very comfortable and lightweight. A lightweight boot was essential for me as I plan to do some walking in them with the dog. Just enough traction on the soles. I did order them a half size larger based on other reviews I've read and am glad I did. My regular size 9 would have been a bit snug especially if wearing wool socks.

I found these at an outdoor outfitter store. I tried them on, but alas, I needed a size larger, which they didn't carry. As my husband browsed other areas of the store, I used my iPhone and my Zappos App to find them in my size! They were ordered right there in the store and delivered to our home in two days. They are light on the feet. Wearing them in a restaurant doesn't give me hot feet. They are not bulky like other boots. Plus, they are so cute! Thanks again for being my shoe store of choice, Zappos!

I hate wearing confining shoes. Typically I wear Uggs and flip flops but now that I live in a cold climate with lots of snow it was imperative to find a comfortable pair of winter boots. These fit the bill perfectly! Comfortable supportive insole. Cute and stylish to go with anything. Super warm even when my feet are buried in snow. I typically wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe so I ordered a 9. It was just a tad too small. So I reordered a 9.5 which is perfect! Definitely order a half size up for best fit!

Love these! Ultra comfortable. I am a true size 6. In fact this is the first pair of shoes that didn't fit when they arrived. I had Zappos send me the 6.5 to try them on together and the 6.5 with thicker socks worked perfectly.

These are very comfortable lightweight boots! So far, waterproofing has been for real- walked in snow and rain. The only problem is that the sole is pretty thin. If it was an inch thicker, these boots would be perfect. I added an orthotic but when I wore the orthotic by itself, I could feel the cold from the pavement seep through. If I wear the orthotic with the insert that comes with the boot (pretty thin so definitely can't wear just the insert) then I feel warmth with no seeping in cold air. The double layering of insert and orthotic help with the thin sole issue. I walk at least 6 hours a day on pavement so maybe for snow walking, the thin sole wouldn't be a problem. They are cute boots. I can wear thick socks with them without my feet feeling squished thanks to the soft quilting.

I wore them around the house for a couple of hours, but finally decided even though they are cute, they are killing my left foot. I do not know how well they will do on long walks, which is where I would wear boots like these. No arch support, and they feel like Merrell barefoot technology but provide less support. They are warm, if you have good feet, I would recommend them but I guess mine are finicky. They are good looking boots, so I am on the fence about returning. Pain or fashion?

This is a very comfortable pair of boots! Lightweight, warm, (seemingly) waterproof, and makes you feel like you're walking on cushions. However, I'm returning them because it's more suited for thinner legs than mine. The foot part is extremely compact as you can see from the front/back views of the boot - it tapers in towards the foot. I felt that this accentuated the thickest part of my lower legs in an unflattering way. I've since exchanged this for another pair of snow boots, which while not as comfortable, gives me a more proportional look with a wider sole. The look of the boot might also benefit from a more generous serving of fur trimming. I ordered half a size up to accommodate thicker socks but it was pretty snug with regular socks.

Love these! I bought them for a ski trip to Breckenridge, CO and they were perfect to wear around town after skiing. They're really warm and look great. I didn't have an opportunity to water test them but they held up to the snow great. I am a true 9 and bought my size and they fit perfectly.
