I have only done a couple of hikes with these boots so far but I am loving them! I'm typically a size 7 but ordered a 7.5 to allow room for socks and they fit perfectly. No weird places where they rub and they seem to be completely waterproof. They have great traction and are very very cute! Would reccomend!

These shoes are THE worst. I tripped so many times as the shoe lace of one shoe gets stuck in the hooks provided to hold the lace in place of the other shoe and immobilizes both your feet completely. Today, I finally tripped hard enough to twist my ankle and completely sprain it on a hike. Im bed ridden as Im writing this, my Utah trip is ruined. Im beyond angry.

these are my go to boots for work around the farm.EXCEPT they really are NOT very waterproof. they are comfortable, sturdy, supportive, you can wear them for hours. BUT when just walking my horses out to their pastures for less than 200 over a mowed grass field by the time I get 4 horses out my socks are WET!! They seem to have a barrier inside the boot that is maybe meant to keep your feet dry but it really doesnt work! I have bought at least 4 pairs of these in the past couple of years. the longest ones kept dry for about a year, the most recent ones for ONLY 1 MONTH!! Come on Columbia!! You can do better than that!!

Wore these for about 2 months and they have already started letting moisture in when walking in wet grass. So disappointed. When I tried to return them I was a few days past the return window so there was nothing they could do. I will not be purchasing from Columbia ever again. Poor products and poor customer service.

Sooooo glad I listened to the Instagram girlies about these boots. My first pair of hiking boots and they are so amazing! Lightweight, comfortable, didnt need breaking in! I have wide feet and ordered my normal size in a wide width and they fit perfectly.

These are cute (even in size 12?) but not keen on the color…marionberry.

These were very comfortable out of box! I wear with taller socks so that might have stopped any possible rubbing at first. I havent tried water resistance yet, but everything else is as promised. I hope to get a few good years out of these shoes.

I bought a few pairs of these, on sale, back in 2020. I REALLY wanted to like them, and I did for awhile. They are not really a 'hiking' boot, more of an around town boot. After wearing them for a bit, it dawned on me that the sole felt like Chuck Taylors I wore as a kid. Really not much grip either.

I live in Cleveland, where we have an amazing park system, with lots of paved and also rugged trails. I'm looking for a warm pair of waterproof boots for winter hiking. I really wanted to love these boots, but they just don't work for me. When I first put them on, they creased at the toe as I walked. Too bad, because they look great and should be just what I need!
I'd also recommend:
Sorel, Keen

Ive had this hiking boot for 3 years. I dont hike often but the hikes I have done with these boots are lengthy and difficult. These boots have held up and are still comfortable.

I've been an 11 wide for 18 years, and own other Columbia shoes in an 11w that fit great. These boots run nearly a whole size large- considering I got them for ice hiking, I should have exchanged them for a 10.5 wide but didn't get around to it. That being said, these boots are VERY comfortable, feel especially sturdy, I love the water resistance, warm but not hot, and look really good with hiking pants or jeans if you're wearing them for outdoors activity or just as a snow boot. I'd definitely buy again, just sizing down.

I want to love this shoe, but I found that even the wide width was too narrow for my foot. The next half size up was too long. Very frustrating. I wish the wide width was actually wide. My foot isn't THAT wide and I've not had an issue with this from shoes of other brands.

I adore these boots! Amazing fit! (disclaimer - I did put gel insoles in them because I put those in just about every shoe...) I will testify to them being waterproof. Two days ago, while checking our mail in the evening, I didn't see the giant ice-laden puddle because I was trying to avoid slipping on the mounds of ice piled up at the mailboxes. SPLASH! Right boot totally submerged just below the top of my boot - laces and all. Was waiting for my sock to start absorbing even a little water. NONE! Foot was cold but totally dry! Very impressive! I will be ordering another color! I need to get some for my daughter! Great for walking around CSU campus! :)

I read the reviews before buying these where people said order half a size larger than your normal size so you have room for thick socks. Well, those reviews were wrong in my opinion. I am usually a 8.5 so I ordered a 9 because, again, that's what the reviews recommended, but it turns out that the shoes have WAY too much room even with thick socks on. I will be returning these for my normal size. Other than the size issue, I love these shoes!

I like these boots so much I got two pairs! :) They fit so well I didnt even have to take the time to break them in and have ventured up many mountains with me. I would likely buy them again if they dont get discontinued!

I needed a boot to snowshoe in this winter. I also am a wide width. Most boots say they are wide but are not..i did order a few Columbias in wide that were not wide enough..i bought Keen which i usually love but i found uncomfortable...i decided to try these Columbias in wide and i got lucky. If you are really wide they are not for you. I found these to be waterproof too after being in 15 inches of snow. My orthotics fit in as well.. i can take a size 8.5 to 9 but went with the 9 and they fit great. Very happy that this boot works for me!

I love these boots. Since finding these boots, I dont wear sneakers anymore. I bought them for the Appalachian Trail section hike. I wore them to work to tread them in. They were so comfortable from that day forward! I wore them to work for about a month before doing my hike.of.approx 100 miles on the AT. They didn't let me down, the traction up the mountains and down was fantastic. The fit was great, not a blister one! Since I've been home, I continue to wear them to work and hike in them on the weekends. For my job, I am on my feet all day averaging about 15,000 steps. I wore these boots in Colorado a few weeks ago and hiked in the snow, feet stayed dry and warm.....I love these boots, ordering more! Did I mention that I'm a 63 year old woman.

I love these boots. However the traction on them Is terrible. I bought them in both black and the gray and teal color. I wear the black ones to work because I work in a kitchen. I also changed the shoe laces to regular black shoe laces because we have to wear all black shoes. It fits true to size. I recommend buying the black superfeet insoles because they’re pretty flat otherwise.

These boots provided the comfort I needed for the trekking that I went on. I wouldn't say that they are 100% waterproof though. I tested this by leaving my shoe in a creek and after about 2 minutes they started to absorb some of the water. However they are really good for splashes. They also kept my feet warm for the chilly days. I probably wouldn't recommend wearing these for the summer season.
