Great backpack, many pockets, very practical, but a little too heavy and too large for me. Moreover, there's not enough width for thick books.

Use it for school. I typically carry a: laptop, tablet, notebook, two text books, packed lunch, water, pens and pencils, headphones and chargers all with room to spear. It is a good backpack for the buy and I believe I got it on sale.

I love the design of the unisex or men's borealis but the fit never suited me. After watching the women's Northface backpack design video I was sold on the comfort they offered petit women. I just wished the design was the same and not this turtle shell look.

I use it for bringing my office laptop to / from home. I take the train so I need something that is durable and has enough room for my other personal items. I have computer-related injuries, so lightweight and comfort are very important to me. I like the way backpack sits on shoulders and hips, and it looks really great! The one thing I don't like about it is that it tends to roll forward when I put it down. It cannot stand on the bottom on its own. I do not have a lot of things stored in the front pocket, and even with the laptop inside the backpack still rolls forward. That's a design flaw which I struggle with every day.

has many pockets and I primarily got it because I was having back problems so this really helped. My shoulders aren't sore and the pack feels light on my back. The design isn't as stylish as it could be but I got for functionality purposes

I love this backpack. Personally, I would have enjoyed one more zipping compartment but North Face was very clearly in the description about the number of compartments. It is a stylish and comfortable backpack that is great for everyday use.

I liked that the packs are designed for a woman's shape. It fits more comfortably on my back but that being said, the largest pocket didn't expand wide enough to fit everything that I bring to work. It's as if the curvature of the pack (to make it more comfortable to wear) makes it so that putting things into it is difficult. I like the size overall but my old Isabelle backpack could fit things better. I will keep it though, the color is great and it is a comfortable pack. It would probably work best for someone who brings a laptop and one notebook to school or something. Not the best back for my commute.

I really like this pack overall. My only complaints are that the padded back is very stiff making the pack not very flexible or easy to pack up if it's empty. Additionally, the main zipper takes two hands to close sometimes because of the cloth lip over it. I'm shocked how tall this pack is (in a good way, since I'm 6'1"), but it's still very slim. It fits my everyday things, but I won't try to use it as a weekender bag.

I use this as a school backpack. It's really comfortable and durable, but the pocket where I put my water bottle is a little small. The backpack is a little smaller than my old one, but it's okay.

I love the backpack. I use it primarily for school and to transport everything I need between school, work and home. I appreciate all of the storage pockets and they are well utilized. The only thing I wish is that is was a little bit bigger so I could fit one text book in there. As of now I can fit my 2" school binder, my planner, ipad with case and my lab book all in the big pocket, but I would be lucky to get another book.

This replaces my existing Borealis, which I love. I love this too, but I am not crazy about the outer pocket being reduced in size by half. The soft ling of that pocket is a plus, though.

my daughter and son each have one of these backpacks for school but realistically the are better suited for hiking or pacing for a day trip. The main compartment just is not big enough to fit all of their books and binders. They do like the backpack. It is good quality and stylish.

I really liked the backpack. I love that it has fleece lined pockets for my laptop and other electronic. I tried it on in my apartment and it was incredibly comfortable but I am going to have to return it because I want a little more room. I am hoping to use a Northface backpack for my travel abroad as well as my enormous amount of school work so a larger backpack will suit my purposes better.

I use this backpack for school. It is great for comfort and takes some strain off of my back. I wish it had more space to store my books. I can only fit a little of my school supplies inside.

Perfect for school! Holds everything I need for classes and is comfortable. Only thing I dislike about it is that it's kind of bulky but besides that I love it!

I love this product, however the lack of flexiblity in the back makes it constantly fall over. There is a ton of room length wise but not as much width wise, which would be nice. Overall amazing product and would buy again!

I use it daily for graduate school to take a laptop, folders, books, and plenty of other random things including lots of keys, cords, and teaching tools. I love that the water bottle pouches are deep and that my bottles fit very securely--other backpacks end up with stretched out pockets which I feel won't happen. I love the soft, small lined pocket right in the front, which is perfect for a cell phone. The only downsides to this backpack are the utilitarian nature of it, including the multiple chest and waist straps which I find unnecessary, and the lack of a secure keychain that I can attach my keys to. Cheaper backpacks have such a device that's sewed into a smaller pouch, and that would make it much easier for me to grab my office keys.

This backpack has been great! I use it every week day as my work bag because I walk two miles to and from school. I like the clips that go across my waist and chest, it helps shift the weight from my back. It's also a great color and the pockets are a great size.
