Perfect size.

Living in southeast Alaska there is no shortage or mountains to climb trails to run and beaches to camp on! This backpack works great for all of these things if it's a nice day. I have used it in the rain a lot and it does fairly well but with how hard it rains here it has its moments which you can't really hold against the backpack because it's not really built for that kind of weather, it sits really nice on long hikes and can actually carry a medium heavy load. I think this backpack is a great car camping bag just due to its size it can really be put anywhere and not be in the way all the time with a lot of pockets for your more expensive items/ electronics. This backpack is an all around great backpack and have already told a lot of people about it and love to see others with it to see what they have to say! Happy adventures everyone.

I use this product for school and it works wonderfully

I use this backpack every day for school. I really like all the pockets and different holding sections it has. The only thing that I did not like was towards the beginning the straps were really tight on my shoulders, but as I wore it more they loosened up and have become much more comfortable.

I would give it a 5 star but couldn't because of the size advertised. This was the 2nd back-pack we tried. They advertise a depth but that size only applies to the bottom of the back not in the middle where you put all your books and binders. The depth or width of a back-pack should should be the overall width, not at just one spot in the bottom. Other than that it was very good quality and we love the padded pockets.

for high school carries all my books

I had many binders and notebooks that didn't fit, but just a laptop and a few folders would fit great!

I use this backpack for school and there is so much space, even a spot to put my laptop protectively. My only problem is there isn't enough space to out a lunch box but it definitely is spacious enough.

I use it for high school and plan to bring it with me to college next year. It is very comfortable to wear but the backpack itself is pretty heavy.

I use this primarily for school, and lots of space is wonderful for being able to fit all of my school work plus my lunch! The back is very structured and the sleeve for my laptop is very nice. There are lots of little pockets for being able to store pens/pencils/chargers etc. I also love the fact that you cannot see through the water bottle sleeves on the side. It's easy to store keys/phone there while walking around campus. The only downfall of this backpack is that the shoulder straps are very stiff. This may be because I've only had the bag for 2 weeks however. Overall, great backpack for the price and I hope that it will last me for many years to come!

I use it for class and it has a bunch of pockets for my calculators, mini stapler, pens, planner, laptop ect. It took me a little while to get the straps adjusted properly but now its great

She likes it a lot. Of course I am a big fan of North Face products and loved that she wanted this.

I use it for college

I recently bought this backpack for use at school. it has many compartments including a pocket perfect for my laptop and other school materials. one con is the weight... it's a little on the heavier side but not to the point where it's unusable. overall a great backpack.

I bought this to use for school this year, and hopefully for the next couple of years. The bag feels really nice when you wear it and fits my notebooks and binders. I do wish there was a way to take off the extra buckles and straps, considering I won't use the two that buckle in the front. Other than that, it's a wonderful bag!

This backpack is great for daily use. It's a little too small for my taste but I can fit a good amount of things in it. It seems very durable and will probably ve using it frequently.

Use it for school. A little small - not big enough for all of my binders and books but overall nice. Good laptop pocket

I'm an elementary school teacher and I carry lots of things and I loved my new backpack. It fits everything I need. I carry it everywhere

I use this backpack as my college school backpack and for traveling with on trips. I love how sturdy it is and the many pockets and zips it has. It allows you to strap it from the front as well as strap the zip up pockets for extra security. The only thing I don't like is is not having the option to take these straps off if they are not used. Overall, great backpack.

The product is great, stylish, boasts a reasonable capacity without appearing bulky and a tight laptop sleeve to provide good grip and padding. It's a students dream backpack except the straps. They are uncomfortable. They add pressure to the sides of my neck by being wide and stiff. They are also position real close together on the backpack. Otherwise the this backpack is perfect. It could use a few compartments and pouches but that's is trivial for the most part. The uncomfortable straps will keep my review at 4 stars.

My daughter loved the colors. It appears to be made well, material and zippers.

The quality of this backpack is great. I am a college student in a big campus and carrying this backpack with all my books is no pain. I didn't give it the full five stars because of the color of the back pack. I got the vaporous grey/ impact orange and the picture makes it look more of an off white color and the orange to look a little subtle. When I received the backpack it was a more light grey and the orange was very bright. I still like it but I think the picture makes it a little more girly looking than what it really is. I thought the colors in the picture were cute.

Works really well for school. Only complaint is that it is a little small.

Bought this for my daughter for her Freshman year! Hope it holds up. Seems to have a lot of room and extra pockets for her little things.
