The pack is very functional and has a lot of great pockets. The only issue I am having are the straps being a little uncomfortable when it rubs against my skin.

This backpack is for my daughter who will be rising freshman in high school this year. They need room for notebooks, laptop and activities - this pack accommodates all. Nice design with tons of room. She loved color combination as well.

My 7th grader wanted a durable backpack for school. So far she has lived this one. It's a bit heavy empty and I had concerns once she put books inside. She seems fine with it. I expect the backpack will carry her through high school. Or almost all the way!

I use this backpack for school however it would be great to take on a camping trip!

I do like it bag it great tons of room but the straps of the bag or like mesh and I find it quite irritating to bare skin. Personally I would return this and buy last years borealis bag from our local store but those don't offer the lifetime warranty. So I'm going to stick with this bag and deal with the straps, I believe it will be great for school.

I haven't tested it out for college but it seems to fit great and keeps me organized so far!

Gift for Grandson who has very heavy books to carry around all day

I had a north face boreallis backpack that lasted me all through high school, and is still usable,so that was my first choice for college. I am looking forward to four more years with my new one.

I love the back pack but it is not very comfortable to wear the straps feel very rough against my shoulders other than that its a great back pack.

This is the perfect backpack for my daughter to take to college!

I appreciate the new bookbag after I had a problem with my first one. Great response time and also the new style of the Borealis northface. I recently had the older version.

I've been out of college for a few years now, but oh man, how I wish I could go back and gift myself this backpack. It's incredibly comfortable and the perfect size for a 15" laptop, some books, some gym clothes, etc. Now I use it for work trips-I can stash everything I need in there for work meetings, then refill it with hiking gear back at the car and hit the trails when the clock hits 5pm. It's really durable feeling but surprisingly lightweight. I got a similar for my 60-year-old dad, who uses it for early morning hikes. #TNFLocals #AMBSDR

bought for my 6th grade junior high daughter - backpack was way too small for the amount of homework she has - books, binders - NO way are they fitting in this backpack. We already purchased her school supplies and they would not fit in this backpack. Returned and purchased Recon which is deeper but not longer and everything fit nicely.

I bought this for my son to carry his stuff to school. I bought it for its roominess and durability.

Great backpack... but not enough room. Use it at school and wish there was more room for books. LOVE the organization pockets... helps keep everything handy. Amazing quality just as I expected from TNF

Nice back pack, nice look, well made, however a bit stiff in the back. Overall I am very satisfied however.

I love the design and size of the backpack. However, the color of the backpack online is very different from the actual backpack. I got the hydro green and snow cone red, which appeared to be a light blue but is actually more gray.

I recently just got this backpack for high school. It has a lot of room to carry my books. I really love how it has many pockets to organize all your school supplies. The only thing is it's a bit heavy compared to other backpacks. Also, it is very big on me. I'm 5'3, 89 pounds and the backpack covers my entire back, making it look like a turtleshell on me.

This backpack is wonderful. The only issue is that the "white" part of the backpack is definitely light grey and not white.

I really love this backpack, i bought the jester backpack first but after looking at muy brother's borealis i couldnt resist exchange it for this one. I love how many pockets it has and that you barely feel the weight. I got the zinc grey and surf green one and is justo how i imagine it would be. You really should get one, even if it is expensive is absolutely worth it!

I bought this for college and fell in love with it. There is so much room, but the bag itself is not too large to carry or to become uncomfortable. Really, really love it!
