This was a great purchase. I took it on a recent vacation and it held everything I needed for the day...lots of space and pockets and easy to carry and slide under the seat on the plane. I'm so happy with it!

This bookbag is by far the best bookbag that I have ever owned! It is perfect for college and holds all of my stuff perfectly! This bag allows you to be equipped for the whole day - I have days where I have 5 classes, and this bag holds all of my notebooks and my laptop plus my packed lunch! I know that this bag is going to last me throughout the rest of my college career and is definitely worth the investment! I am completely pleased with this purchase! I also bought the men's version of this bag (I'm female) so that I would have more room and it still looks and feels fine - just in case you were debating between the two like I was!

It felt a bit uncomfortable on my shoulder. I hoped they were softer. Other than that, everything is good.

I purchased this backpack for my son, a freshman in High School. It looks classy, is durable and the design is one of the best I've ever seen. However, it missed the mark on size. To perfectly meet his needs, it should have been wider, to accommodate more stuff. That was a disappointment. I looked at the specs before ordering and thought this would work. It really didn't but what does? That is the question.

I bought this bag because it had a lot of zip pockets and sounded durable and after all it was a North Face product. I used it every weekend for a couple months to carry some clothes, a few pocket tools, and personal stuff to the beach. We spent our Saturdays driving out on Oregon Inlet in OBX. But after just a couple months of regular, but by no means heavy use, there was a rip in the fabric liner just inside at the top of the large pocket that separates it from the next smaller pocket. It's now grown much larger and eventually will become just one giant pocket. Very disappointing especially because it's so expensive. Will never buy another North Face bag.
