A great product lifetime warranty that's why I would buy again last time, but it will last forever And it cost a lot, but it lasts forever. Anything goes wrong with her replacement with no questions asked to replace anything or give you a gift card to buy a new one that's what I like about it.

Great backpack. Got this as a replacement for a prior model as the shoulder straps failed. Seems good for now.

I used this bag to do some traveling hoping to fit everything but the design of the bottle holder on the sides is horrible does not allow the bag to actually open up. Making the straps on the sides pointless, if you put a bottle on the side pockets makes it hard to load the bag. Also if you put enough things in the bag to make it somewhat heavy, the thin straps on the bag put a strain on your shoulders not distributing the weight properly. Advertised as a 40L but i wouldnt say that accurate.

Not the right fit for me. It needs about 2 more inches in depth. I wanted to love it and I liked it but not the best for every day carry for taller/bigger people.
I need it to carry
MacBook
1 iPad
1 notebook
Small to medium size cables organizer with battery pack.
Bose headphones
Sunglasses.
32oz water bottle
1-3 pens
Nintendo switch in slim case
Miscellaneous snacks.
North face message me and let's make a backpack that taller/bigger people can use daily and for travel.

Used it to travel to Puerto Rico almost didn't need a carry on from how spacious it is perfect for weekend vacations.

There's lots of backpacks on the market. Some have interesting features that almost tempted me away from this brand. Decision time and I went with the Router. My previous bag was the Recon and I was looking for something bigger. This bag delivered. Absolutely love it. Bought my wife a new Recon while I was at it.

Purchased this for a trip to China - I didn't want to check luggage so wanted a backpack with space to spare. This bag was perfect! Kept my laptop safe. Straps allowed you to expand to contract the bag to perfectly fit my gear. It was also super comfortable- we had many trips across the country so I was wearing it frequently.

This pack is HUGE. Fits everything I need when traveling - Small enough to not be cumbersome as a carry-on backpack whether traveling for work or personal. Functionally perfect to be a carry-on if you're traveling for both business AND personal. Fits my laptop and electronics and allows me to carry necessities for my 2 kids that need plenty of On-Plane entertainment.
