This backpack is a great size and is very comfortable and well padded even while carrying a lot of heavy things. Good compartments and pockets to carry all my things well. I would definitely purchase again and recommend the gray color- it's a nice darker gray with a nice feel to the material.

Great pack, been using North Face packs for work, outdoor, travel for years. I went to a different brand for 18 months and came back to tried and true. Has all the features, pockets, organization I need for my frequent business travel and commutes to the local office. My only con is that it doesn't have a slit or opening to slide onto my carry on roller suitcase while moving through the airport. Aside from that, I love this bag and I spent an extensive amount of time researching and testing different bags.

I wish there were more pockets available right away, as opposed to being nested in pockets.

A great product lifetime warranty that's why I would buy again last time, but it will last forever And it cost a lot, but it lasts forever. Anything goes wrong with her replacement with no questions asked to replace anything or give you a gift card to buy a new one that's what I like about it.

Great backpack. Got this as a replacement for a prior model as the shoulder straps failed. Seems good for now.

I used this bag to do some traveling hoping to fit everything but the design of the bottle holder on the sides is horrible does not allow the bag to actually open up. Making the straps on the sides pointless, if you put a bottle on the side pockets makes it hard to load the bag. Also if you put enough things in the bag to make it somewhat heavy, the thin straps on the bag put a strain on your shoulders not distributing the weight properly. Advertised as a 40L but i wouldnt say that accurate.

Not the right fit for me. It needs about 2 more inches in depth. I wanted to love it and I liked it but not the best for every day carry for taller/bigger people.
I need it to carry
MacBook
1 iPad
1 notebook
Small to medium size cables organizer with battery pack.
Bose headphones
Sunglasses.
32oz water bottle
1-3 pens
Nintendo switch in slim case
Miscellaneous snacks.
North face message me and let's make a backpack that taller/bigger people can use daily and for travel.

Used it to travel to Puerto Rico almost didn't need a carry on from how spacious it is perfect for weekend vacations.
