Please bring back the old design. New Ginger is more narrow and shorter in length. No more my favorite flip flop.

I have been buying this sandal for many many years because they were my absolute favorite, but sadly no longer...they don't come in the fun colors anymore, and just don't fit the same, much more narrow than before. I agree with the other reviewers to please bring back the original reef ginger!

I don't know why they had to change something that was already perfect. These new gingers are nothing like my old ones. Too thin, the strap is garbage and the foam sole is big and clunky. I don't know why they can't leave stuff alone when it's already perfect!!!

I have been wearing Reef Ginger flip flops for about 15 years. Why change something that is already good?!? The new style runs small, is more narrow and just doesn't feel as good as the old. Wish I could find the old style!

I've been wearing reefs for decades. So I bought a pair of Gingers in my usual size 7. When I got the new pair, they are at least a 1/2 inch smaller than any of my other reef flip flops. Also the logo is different, and even the sole pattern is different. I'm so disappointed that I have to return them and now have to find a new brand that I love as much as my old reefs. Because of the huge size discrepancy and the fact that they needed to be shipped and returned all the way across the country, I don't feel confident taking a chance on a different size or different model.

They were pretty nice but my very predictable size 9 feet reached all the way to the edge of the back so I returned. No half sizes so I can't really buy these again. Looking for another Reef model to buy.

Love the navy blue - was so excited about these but they definitely run small! I am always an 8 but in these my heel is hanging over and the arch cushion is a bit high and not as comfortable as I hoped!

I have worn the Ginger reef for as long as I can remember. All of a sudden Everything changed. I think since you are now making them in Vietnam. They used to have the little reef logo on the bottom. Now with the weird swirls they are like Heavy ice skates! Totally Disappointed.

The blue color rubs off from the straps and onto the bottom of your feet when dry. When the sandles get wet it looks like you dipped your dipped your feet in blue dye.. otherwise they are comfy

I hardly ever leave bad reviews for products, but I'm just so disappointed. I have worn Gingers for at least eight years and I used to love them. The quality is just nowhere close to as good anymore. And where oh where has the color selection gone? Black and navy are the only choices?! Is this a COVID-times production issue or a permanent thing? As for quality, my first pair lasted three years with regular wear and the second pair lasted about two years. However, the newer version's sole has no tread/grip anymore, the upper part of the sole is harder and slipperier and does not mold to your foot as well, and the strap on the right shoe of my current pair is at least 2 inches too long. If I am sitting on a stool and move my foot, it just falls right off. This is clearly a popular shoe. I sincerely hope the company will listen and amend these issues because I would love to keep telling people about my favorite flip flops ever. BUT if you're going to permanently downgrade the quality, the price should be cut in half as well.

I have been buying the Ginger flip flop for as long as I can remember. These are not the same shoe. Plus the color choices are horrible. They used to have these great colors (keeping it black/brown, because lets face it- it's a flip flop and feet get dirty. No one wants to see that left on a light blue or pink sole.) I don't know if it's because of the Corona virus, poor planning, or leftover inventory, but they are sadly not the same. Here's hoping someone with some decision power over there gets it together. Sorry guys, trying to keep the faith. Prove me wrong next time, PLEASE!

I bought these to replace my old ones but they have changed the texture of the sole and now they are SUPER slippery. I can't even walk around my house on the wood floors without slipping, whereas my old ones were very grippy. I gave 2 starts instead of 1 because they still have a very comfortable footbed and arch support, but unless they fix the sole, I won't be buying them again.

I bought these ~2 years ago. Super comfortable, but unfortunately the strap on one has come loose.

These are probably my 10th pair of ginger's. the arch is a lot higher on these and there very uncountable.

Way smaller than true to size. I dont Have wide feet but straps were very snug. Hopefully returns go smoothly.

I've worn a size 10 reliably for the last 20 years. After reading reviews this shoe ran small I ordered the 11's and THEY were too small. You guys really need to fix your sizing. I've worn reefs my entire life and this was a real bummer and I had to look elsewhere.

I have owned several pairs of the Ginger flip flops and this is the first time the straps for the thong were too short. Not comfortable. Very disappointed.

I hate to say it but I have to agree with a lot of folks. The reef ginger flip flops have changed for the worst. I have been buying these flip flops for over 20 something years and they are not as comfortable as they used to be and they don't last like they used to. And they are very slippery. I may have to find a new favorite. I am sorry but they suck now.

I bought the ginger reef flip flops unfortunately they were too small even though I sized up and not as comfortable as my Celso Nike flip flops which has been discontinued. I have since returned them.
