Honestly, the shoe looks great. However, the quality is terrible. After having it for about 3 weeks, it's already clear that it's starting to come apart. The back part, around the heel, the rubber has started to fall off. Worth the price? Not really. You're better off getting a pair of vans/Nike/Converse.

I'm not too fond of the shoes but Zappos did a great job. The shoes where shipped on time and I gave a call a week later about a defect in the shoes, a customer rep sent me a new pair at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to a friend. I will be buying all my shoes from this site. Thank you.

These shoes look great but they have two major issues. The soles are very slippery. To the point where you have to be careful walking around all day. I have no idea why they did not add real rubber here (instead of hard rubber with no texture) but that is really annoying when you just want shoes that are functional. The shoe itself is pretty inflexible. That is fine for some, but if you like a fit like Vans that is more comfortable / flexible you will be out of luck.

This is a great looking casual shoe. They are perfect for wearing with shorts in the summer. They are definitely a half size larger than marked. I ordered them in an 8 and a half. The width was fine but they were too long. So I ordered a size 8. The size 8's length was good but they felt too narrow. I kept the size 8 hoping they will stretch as I wear them more. We shall see.

1-Year Review - Purchased these Ralph Lauren Faxon Low, Vans Era 59, and Lakai Daly shoes all at the same time. I really like the look and feel of the Faxon Lows but quality control issues and durability bring it down to #2 for me. #3 are the Vans Era 59 because, while they might be more durable, they're extremely loud (awkward clomp/squash sound) and heavier feeling shoes. #1 are the Lakai Daly because I really like the style even though I think the fabric could use to be a little softer (leans toward having a more durable, plastic-y feeling to them)...but good luck finding them anywhere.
For the Faxon Low:
PROS: Good style and comfortable
CONS: Manufacturing defects (white rubber not glued to shoe all the way, water would easily enter through the bottom of the shoe...wet feet, not fun), not extremely durable (color fading and bottom of the shoe wears EASILY...I mean, there's barely any material there before it's worn through and even more water comes through and color has faded easily.
For what I perceive to be more of a luxury brand, they've really lost their way.
I'd also recommend:

My nephew loves the shoes but this is the second pair that the robes white
Rubber on the sides peels off. I don’t think this should happen. It gives it grip

One of my least durable pair of shoes. The bonding of the outsole to the upper of the shoe started to separate; producing ugly wrinkles along the front of the shoe. The grip from the shoe was awful when compared to other Polo shoes.

Will never buy shoes from Polo Ralph Lauren again. VERY poor quality.
There is NO cushion. My feet hurt after walking just a few blocks.
The bottom of the shoes are deteriorating at an alarming rate.
My shoe strings snapped in half after a month (these are not typical shoestrings. they're a leather-ish material).
They look nice but you could pay half the price and get a shoe made with better quality.

Pros: Looks Nice. Cons: Bad build quality, the exterior of the shoe is not connected to the base of the insole, so when walking you feel like you're sliding off the insole and into the side fabric of the shoe. Bottom Line: I had to get sole inserts for these shoes. Would not buy again.

These are the least durable pair of shoes I've ever owned. Within a few weeks of daily wear, the sides were peeling off. Within a month, the soles of the shoes had holes. Overall awful quality.
They look nice though, but that's about it.

The shoes fit bigger than the size I ordered. The rubber and fabric started pulling apart about a month of wearing the shoes. Of course, Zappos took care of all issues, but this style of shoe did not hold up as long as they should have lasted.

After 6 months of use, the grey coloring faded. The shoes at 1 year has faded so bad, it looks like I ordered the Khaki color shoes. Never washed the show before. Had I known the color would fade this bad and this quickly, I would have picked another shoe.

I bought these for my 12 year old son. He liked the style and comfort initially, but the shoes started falling apart in 2 weeks and after a month the front rubber detached from the fabric. I've never had a shoe fall apart so quickly. Total waste of money.

My teenage son told me after 1 wearing, that the sole was already separating from the shoe. I was lazy and didn't want to deal with finding another pair, but I seriously regret not returning them immediately.

Looks good, but very poor quality. Wear it for couple times, the bottom part started coming off. The rubber on the side will break apart if there are too much walking. Not recommended if you walk a lot. There is no ankle support, not good for prolong standing. Need a reasonable think socks, or the shoes will give you blister.

My husband loved this shoe. He wears a size 16 and they are not easy to find. One major problem the sole started coming off after only wearing them a few time. Disappointing!

I bought these for my 14 year old to wear to school. He wore different shoes for P.E. so these were worn strictly in doors in the classroom. I purchased them in April 2014. They fell apart (the bottoms literally fall apart -- the rubber peels off in large pieces) before school was out in May. I loved the way they looked and I figured he was just rough on them so I bought him another pair at the start of this school year. We are 5 weeks into school and they too are ready for the garbage can. For the price you should be able to get several months wear from these shoes, not just a few weeks.

I liked the shoes, but they're junk. The color faded and were ruined after one rain storm. The sides tore off. The bottom completely fell out of the shoe.
They're perfectly fine if you can afford to buy $60 shoes every two months.

These were truly the worst pair of shoes I've ever owned. They turned yellow-ish after about a month or so of sporadic wear. They also began to come apart at the seams at the front and back of each shoe. Terrible shoe!

I am very disappointed with this shoe. I bought a pair online about 45 days ago and have worn them about 10 times. They are falling apart worse than any shoe I have ever owned even after I have been very careful with them. Worst shoes I have ever bought - will not be ordering shoes online again without feeling them in person. Feels like a rip off.

Pros: - Looks good when still intact. - Feels good wearing them when still intact - Comes with extra shoe laces. Cons: - After 2 weeks, the plastic on the sides of the shoe started to crack and come undone. - After 3 months, the soles started to come off. Note that I was careful when taking these shoes off all the time. - After 5 months, the sole of the left shoe completely came off. Summary: Looks good, but it's poorly made (garbage).

Note the laces are leather, I wasn't expecting that. After a week of wearing these shoes, the white trim began separating from the heel, and an eyelet had popped off. Zappos' customer service was great in fixing the problem, but I won't be going with Polo shoes again.

These shoes didn't last a month.
The area where the white rubber meets the canvas began wearing away after a few weeks of wear. Picked up super glue to keep them together, but that lasted for a few days before they completely came apart while I was at work.
Style wise, they're great; however, they don't last very long. For a Polo shoe, I expected better quality. Granted, I know it's not an athletic shoe that was intended to remain durable.
