This is my Fourth bright orange samsonite I like their capacity, hard body and the fact that they don't have ANY zippers. I replaced a pair of samsonite suitcases that I used for twenty years with these. So far they have been through a trip to three European countries and many domestic trips. No trouble so far. I have been able to bring home items I purchase that are fragile with no incident. I like I can spot them being loaded onto the plane. Excellant value for the money.

I have purchased 3 of these. I have one of the original with only 2 fixed wheels. I have been in the Middle East, Russia, Europe, Africa, South America and all across the USA. This suit case is just the toughest you can buy for so little money. This is why I have purchased 2 more. My original I bought in 2004. It has been repaired twice but you should have seen the beatings it has taken.

I use this for work moving machine parts from time to time. It has never let me down!

After having brand new 3 sofsided suitcases destroyed after 1 international trip I went to the hard sided case. The black case looks like every other case so I put identifying markers on it. My wife wanted a red one so it could be found easily. After the first use all the abuse could be seen all over the red case. However, the case and the contents were still good. I love the 31" case, the 4 coaster wheel system, and the simple retractable handle. I would like a place to hook my hangers in side the case. I did need to buy luggage compartment holders to prevent my items from sliding to the bottom. However, I am buying my 3rd case today.

I love all my Samsonite Bags, but this one specifically broke the lock and I cant use it anymore. Is there a way to replace the lock???

works well for helping us transport food show items across the country. Durable. Easy to roll on wheels. we have purchased 6 of these already!

Used it on several family vacations and it has a lot of room. It's also very comfortable to carry around.

Easy access not hard to travel with especially if you have kids..

I got the black one for myself after having a cloth one torn up by baggage handlers. I liked this one so much that I got a red one for my wife. However, after one use we could see every mark the baggage handlers put on the luggage. I would not suggest getting red or orange and stick with basic black. However the construction is sound. My only suggestion, if allowed would be replace the 2 simple locks on the top and bottom with combo TSA locks as well. There are a lot of untrustworthy baggage handlers and the more locks to slow them down the better.

Highly recommend, using 2 of them for about 3+ years and still have no plans to replace. I Have 50+ trips per year with the duration from 1 week to a few mos. Know nothing that better fits my needs.

We normally travel minimum twice a year and these suitcases have never disappoint us

Carried everything I need for a business trip without "crushing" clothes, plus allowed me to pick up a few things

Sturdy, roomy, good construction, does not have zippered section so cannot be opened with a simple ballpoint pen. TSA 3-digit programmable mechanical combo lock in middle and two side clasps (closed & open setting, no lock) to help keep closed. Just what I was looking for. Excellent fast delivery by Zappos.

I had to replace a case latch broken and need a basic unlined case for my Bike Friday. It's hard to find a case without all the lining and dividers.

This is a great suitcase. It's very easy to manouver, easy to spot and duranle. Knowing how the airport staff treat luggage, this one holds up pretty good. Just make sure you are not trying to fit two of these in the trunk of a car they are too much and it's definitely a pain pint.

it is inconvenient to open a suitcase, because there are no pens, protrusions on a suitcase.
