This is a great item, it's extra firm will not disappoint. It is constructed well, I just wish the top could be better secured... It took a good inch more off my middle than the one I have that has straps over the shoulder. I am just build with extra at the top, and this baby wants to roll down or cause a roll to emerge between it and my bra strap in back... Ewwww! I will be a Personal Attendant in a wedding, (stooping, moving around a lot, etc) and decided to wear the one I have, so that I don't look like I have a tumor growing out of my back. For those without backfat, GOOD FOR YOU! You'll love this item.

I ordered my true size and it was a pain to get on. However, all that grunt work was worth it! My problem areas are all smoothed out and I feel confident with the amount of support this garment provides.

My usual large size (10-12) worked for me for this--it's tight but it's supposed to be. I disagree with sizing up as others have posted.

I am a 12-14 and the XL was tight, and hard to get on, but overall it made me look good a flat. SO I would say it fits small, but not extremely. I normally wear spanx and this is a close comparison, but I will probably stick to my spanx I like to texture more.

fit ok, maybe I missed it, but have to pull off to use rest room? Liked Spanx better although more expensive.
